Hmmm, a few years ago yeah I likes him, he was around 100k subs (I was still a child though and as a majority of his fans are young, kinda shows that his humour is childish but also vulgar) when I found him and subbed myself but I recently unsubbed to him as I find him quite boring now and his fanbase is also very hostile to hatters but the fact that millions like him is proof enough that he is a good Youtuber. He can't really help how his "Bro's" are as he doesn't control them, to a degree.

 

Sorry to any "Bro's" that are on here but this is my honest opinion and as far as I can tell not many people on here are fans of his.

I like him but I used to like him a whole lot more. I laughed at his videos and would probably still but he got kind of boring to me. As a person, from what I know, he seems like great guy and I would like to meet him in real life.

I respect him to some extent. His fans are annoying, but i'm subscribed to him because I go on youtube for 30% of my day. I wouldn't necessarily HATE him, because that's a strong word. (He kinda needs the money to make a living, since he has no job...)

I imagine many would want to be in his position, at least living in a villa raking in millions playing games and screaming into a microphone.

He's apparently a super cool guy outside of the internet, but on the internet I find him incredibly annoying. Same with Markiplier, actually.

To be honest, i thought at first that he was a good LPer. Then I eventually got into some others like Jacksepticeye (congrats on 1.5 million subs!), Yamimash, and RaedWulf and didn't really see him the same after that. At some points of his vids, it seems to me that he's grasping at straws trying to be funny (AW YESH, WIGGLE THAT BUTT... really?).

 

Markiplier I can stand since he tries to go out of his fanbase's usual comfort zone (still getting annoyed about the butthurt fans), Yamimash doesn't overreact TOO much from what I've seen, and Jack tries to legitimately connect with his audience.

 

Getting off topic here... Pewds has gotten WAY too big (almost 31.5 million subs, I believe) for my liking. He tries too hard to please everyone and sometimes fails miserably. Sure, he gets tons of views, but his "Bro Army" is starting to look more like Xbox Live and the video quality is starting to decline. All in all, he's The Simpsons of Let's Players in my eyes.

What do i think of him?

 

Well i see him as a 10 year old kid who plays games all the time and thinks swearing is funny... Really, I swear he has a swear word in every sentence he says which i find really annoying.

 

This doesn't mean i don't like him, He's a decent youtuber but i just don't think he should be number one, That should go to markiplier for tons of reasons.

 

Pewdiepie basically used to be good and was quite funny but now i just find him boring and annoying

PewDiePie is life. His intelligence that he shows lacks but there is no way someone can watch one video without smiling. Though he has been struggling with his youtube life, mostly in the comments, he manages to stay connected with all of his fans who he calls bros, (Ex: ME).

 

This youtube era belongs to PewDiePie. And when he quits youtube, and yes, sadly it is inevitable, the whole internet will take a big shift, and do one will ever fill its place.

He is insanely overrated in my opinion. He has the largest fanbase in all of Youtube but...honestly, why? What is so special about him? That's what I don't understand. I watched some of his videos and for me, he came off very obnoxious and not worth the fame he has. Especially given all of the money he earns from what he does, which is essentially just playing video games.

 

Some of his fans like to say and PewDiePie himself said that people like me don't like him because we are just 'jealous'. Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I actually am jealous, how could I not be? I play games a lot, I love gaming, but what about him makes him worthy of all of that money? I just don't see it.

 

With that, I don't go out of my way to say anything bad about him, I just ignore him, since I see his videos everywhere thanks to Youtube constantly promoting him. Basically, I just don't see why he is so popular. If you enjoy his videos though, that's fine. I have no objections. I may not get it, but I have no objections.
