I'm a pretty big fan of Pewds.  I don't game myself, but for some reason I really love the reaction gamers.  Pewds isn't my favorite, but he's a real sweet guy, and it makes me sad when people prejudge based on a vid or two that they have seen.  And it also irritates me when prospective reaction gamers trash talk Pewds just because he's successful and they're not.  Anyway, Pewds is pretty sweetles.  Brofist!

I don't mind Pewdiepie, I've seen a few of his videos and I liked them. I don't know why people hate on him so much, he seems like a pretty cool guy.

 

I guess his fanbase has a bad reputation though.

To me Pewdiepie was kinda funny at first but not really now =P he just shouts and says stupid jokes while playing a game =p like as one of the above comment said shouting Barrels! : isnt funny. But thats just my opinion =P he only funny cause of his accent, not cause he is clever with his jokes

I don't hate him,but the reason behind his popularity is a enigma to me considering its just him being blatantly incoherent and nonsensical,is there a method to his random babble of stupid i; have no idea..or perhaps i cant fathom it because i can't keep his videos going for more than a few seconds before i feel my mind is in jeopardy. 

 

Personally i would banish someone like him to the moon because he is infecting millions with his ignorance and delirium.

I've never seen any of his videos, and I never plan to, so I can't really form an opinion on them, but I'm sure he's a nice enough guy and I have nothing against him. His fanbase (most of them, not you guys) can get a little annoying though...

Sometimes, he's funny, sometimes he isn't. It depends on what game he's doing and if he's making good jokes about it or not, I guess.

I don't mind Pewdiepie. A while back when he wasn't the most popular youtuber, I liked his videos a lot better because they just seemed a lot more funnier to me then they do now. Now i just see him as some person who thinks swearing is funny.

I think he is the most dull, irritating and repetitive content creator on youtube. His voice (Especially his shriek) is about as pleasant as a symphony of nails on chalkboards and nails in a blender. The fact he puts a scarecam in EVERY video either shows arrogance or that he really has very little humor outside making stupid faces.

 

However outside youtube he sounds like a really great guy and it's nice to see how many charities he has paid into and given exposure. The way he gets the money might be atrocious but at least he puts some of it to a good cause.......and as bad as he can be, he is no Smosh. Those guys are the WORST.

If people are going to argue that he has millions and millions of subscribers, and play the number game like that, look at all the other videos on YouTube that have absurd amounts of views... but shouldn't!

Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus has almost 700 million views

Baby by Justin Bier has over 1 billion views!!!

 

If it's a number game the people who support him are trying to play, that would be like saying, since the videos I just listed have a ton of views, everyone who has EVER watched said videos truly enjoyed the time watching them.  I don't read minds, but I'm pretty sure listening to Friday drove everyone as bat- shit crazy as me.  This also goes to show that a lot of the users on YouTube are pretty much brainless, not everyone, but most.  As for his gaming channel, I've had better times playing video games, sitting down, and saying nothing at all.  It's sad to think that he sits there making so much money making like a video a week, while there are people out there working everyday of their life, working overtime to keep a roof over their head and keep their family alive, while he puts forth minimal effort to make videos on YouTube.  If you're going to say that wow... This guy is just a jealous ass-hole, that would be 100% accurate.  I wake up every weekday, work for ten hours a day at a respectable job, and probably don't even make half of what he makes on ONE VIDEO!!! There are soldiers overseas fighting to defend our country, risking their lives so we can live our day-to-day lives, and they probably don't make half as much as he does.  It's just sad to think about things like that, really it's just a shame.  I feel bad for all the people out there that have to drag their bodies into work everyday to live, and this guy just wakes up, makes a video, and makes bank. 

 

But hey, that's just my opinion.
