if you choose to reply to a thread (option is at the top right of the thread in a black button I think) a reply box will be on the next screen. the bottom left of that box has an upload files option I think. If that doesn't work you'll just have to find a picture off the net and post the URL.

 

 

 

It's amazing what you can find if you just type a few words into google images. The last gif here puzzles me a bit. How in the world did that happen?

If these gifs are from your computer they tend to not work. Your best bet is to post your gifs on photo bucket and then copy the gif URL and use it to post the gif here on the MLP Forums.
