I think Dashie should be the main character, not Twilight. I am not hating on Twilight or anything, but really, who was the pony who got all of the mane six get their cutie marks if not her. And honestly... I think she a lot more interesting than Twilight. ^.^

And also, her being a kind of symbol of the MLP fandom is not a coincidence either, I think.

A friend surprised me with two anniversary gifts:

 

I had a great deal of difficulty assembling the latter, but...

Leftmost surface is a large piece of poster board.  Decals stuck to me.  Stuck to themselves.  Wrapped around my finger.  Tore. xD  But 'tis done.  I had to flip a Super Mario poster to provide room for the tail piece.

Don't think that episode with the crying velvet was such a good idea. Its more a thing i can ignore but... now people will go over emotional and say "Oh wow sooo saaaad". Kinda like what over emotional people do when they watch anime or something and have too absolutely go overboard. I mean it sorta drives away the character ideal in general.. COOL AND ALWAYS IN GAME!

Admittedly, I've never been keen on the idea of Rainbow going alicorn, but you did a good job on the image.  I'd also still love Dashie regardless; though there might be an awkward period where I keep accidentally getting horn-poked.

We've been watching Yu-Gi-Oh! together.  Which inevitably led to my browsing the internet for ancient Egyptian stuffs.  Which logically resulted in my drawing Rainbow Dash wearing garb inspired by Queen Nefertari's style of dress. x )

I took some minor liberties with the original headdress. x )
