Whence the fateful night of the Eclipse. Whence banished for a thousand years. Whence defeated by Twilight and the True Elements of Harmony. Whence the nightmares that ravage thine subjects, raked with fear, have withers to cry against knowing thine Princess familiar with all pain and suffering indeed shares tears with them. For trouble hearted turn not to innocence, but to the bold and strong - forged by the misery of the world.

Never we are an instant, but thine heart a sum off all thou has been through.

Just curious did you learn old English just so you could sound like Luna?

I've had two years of English literature, if that counts. But there is nothing 'formal' about 'speaking like Luna', which is otherwise known as 'Old Ponish'. Tis is fun experiment! I believe @Alexshy appreciates it, so I trickle it in when it feels right to do so. I've also had Celestia speak it as well (when playing out her younger years). It's so much fun.

No. :D

English literature will make thine head ache. One needs only read Hamlet then be forced to explain its meaning in every sentence...do make an attempt and report back to us! image.png.4083d6d452d4b4dc0ae773e59a1a73e5.png

Not much English lit does my friend. Though, Macbeth is genius, if a little macabre can be handled.

If thou desire a good read, try Beowulf in its early translation. Still very hard, but far more interesting than Shakespear.

Hmm, maybe this isn't the Luna Fan Club anymore but the cold shoulder club.

All the better, Nightmare Moon thrives on such hostility and darkness! MUHAHAHAA!
