Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs 1 & 2. These are pleasant, lightweight movies that don’t have to be brilliant because they pack enough humor and yummy visuals to leave you satisfied.

Sleepless in Seattle (1993). I’ve been watching the Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan romantic comedies and this one rounds out the unofficial trilogy. I used to be on the fence as to which was better, Sleepless or You’ve Got Mail, but the latter gets the win. Sleepless is decent though, and has such a beautiful ending.

I found this movie Luck. It was fun.

Is that on a streaming service? I heard about it when it first came out but lost track of it before I could see it.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves - A movie that's way better than it has any right being. Thrilling action, a cast of fun characters, and it's surprisingly funny. Think Guardians of the Galaxy meets The Princess Bride. I definitely wouldn't mind seeing this become a franchise. out of 10.

I'm dying to see this movie! It looks so great! I'm glad to hear a rave review. I'll probably see it on Monday if I can.

Super Mario Bros - Is it a safe, barebones, and generic animated film? Yes. Did I have a fun time watching it for the visuals and as a fan of Mario? Also yes. out of 10.

The Princess Bride. Never watched it before and I didn't think I'd like it all that much, but no, I really enjoyed it.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

Dungeons and Dragons Honor Among Thieves

Did not realize it was a comedy but I really enjoyed it and though I've never even played D&D I recognized a lot of stuff and it was fun to see. Only "bad" part was that I guessed almost everything that was going to happen before it did but that didn't really bother me.

Renfield - It's uneven and it sometimes feels like two different movies stitched together. But enough of the jokes landed that I had a good time. Nicholas Cage as Dracula is worth the price of admission alone. 7 out of 10.

I saw John Wick Chapter 4 and the Mario Bros movie. John Wick was good - I liked it more than part 3. I had a good time with Mario (that sounds strange out of context). Not perfect, but I was quite happy with what I saw.

Evil Dead Rise - This franchise just does not miss. The fifth movie is another solid entry. Great scares, brutal ultraviolence, and surprisingly emotional at times. 9 out of 10.
