Hello~ I normally draw ponies in the show's style, but I want to try experimenting with other possible styles. Here's the art I've done before.

 

So here are the rules. Post your request and I'll sketch in whatever style I feel like trying. Any style is up for grabs, so definitely ask for any particular types you want, like serious, painterly, cute, epic, lineart-less, anthro, color explosion, messy, evil, you name it. If you're hoping to get a signature out of it, make sure to specify the pixel dimensions or I won't bother formatting.

 

Some sketches may be quick and not what you wanted, in which case, feel free to get back in line and ask for something different or more specific, and I'll draw again once I reach you.

 

If you're asking for something big and want more than a scribbly mess, specify that you're willing to wait until I get everyone else out of the way and have more time to spend on yours.

 

Nothing too disturbing please.

Oh!! >w< I would LOVE one of my OC, if it's alright! Some pictures of the OC I'd like is in my profile, or in the OC page, "Al Nair Avior", in the signature for extra info/details if needed! This actually sounds very exciting, and I honestly have no preference! Please, use whatever style you'd like, and experiment as you'd wish. As for time, I'm more than patient/willing to wait so if needed, you could get others work done first, especially because I assume may be a tad difficult.

Her name, like my username, is Leaf Cascade. She has dark green eyes that, when drawn in the show's style, are Twilight's eye shape. 

 

Hmm, what style? Try whatever you want! I don't care, as long as it fits Leafy's personality: fun-loving, optimistic, kind of quirky, peaceful and nature-loving. 

 

If you don't get around to it that's fine. 

 

I love the idea of experimenting with different styles! Hope you have fun with Leafy if you draw her!

Blue streaks - 76E9FF
Yellow streaks - FFFF33
Pink-red streak - 99004C
For her hair it's spiky, similar to RD's, only that her bangs go to the left of her face and she keeps it in a high ponytail (like the one shown here). As for the butterfly hair clip, it's a little smaller than Flitter's bow.
Cutie Mark: see the description. The lighting bolts are the same colour as the streaks in her hair. The rest is flat black.
Eye color: this is easy-black.
Eye Style: NO IRIS. I cannot stress the importance of this! They are just the outline of the eye with a blank centre, and a positive sing in one, a negative in the other, right and left, respectively.
Extra: paws, and her coat is more like fur. On her inner right leg is the brand 242, which is the colour of scar tissue. The tufts on her outer side of her ear are important. Give her fangs.
Pose: This, please! Only change: you should be able to see her fangs and looking at the camera. (Stereotypical pose, I know. ;-p)

I figured I should pause from drawing to reply a bit. Everyone's OCs are awesome! They're all fun to draw. I'm also glad people like my art so far.

Would I be correct in assuming a "solid" style would be like block colors and lineart (like your avatar), as opposed to a painterly style?

Thanks! ^w^ I suspect brown might've been used instead of grey because in color theory, grey has a habit of dulling a picture, thus you have to dilute it with some color (the same reason the white mane/tail aren't fully white). Brown happens to be a dullish color though, and the artist might've saturated it a bit extra to keep the aesthetics balanced. As for why brown was chosen, it was likely to keep all the colors similar, to create a harmonious, calm composition. That's just my theory though (I like talking about colors). Cool colors such as blue make a good "gray", so I'll keep that in mind if I choose Wispent to draw. :3
