Recent lucky thing to happen to you?

I was playing Pokemon XD and was fighting a boss. Not going to say the name since it's a boss near the end game. Anyway, I had my Ampharos and Gardevoir ready to go. I was doing well until the boss threw out her two shadow pokemon. From there, it was all about wittling down their health, paralyzing both, and snagging them. My Ampharos was hit with a critical hit and survived with 1HP and the shadow pokemon was paralyzed because of Ampharos's ability. Lucky me.

Not sure this really counts but I tripped down like 6 stairs earlier today. Luckily I got right back up and suffered no wounds I don't even have a bruise.

What concert if you don't mind me asking?  I've never had time to go to many concerts, kind of feel like it's something I've missed out on.

So we got a new girl at work the other night, and she's really nice. In fact, she really looks, talks, and acts a lot like my ex (For most, that would probably be a bad thing, but it's not at all in my case). So we started getting along really easily. So I kinda instantly liked her... And just a few hours ago she mentioned to me in casual conversation that she's dated a girl before. So that means that maybe there's hope! =D

Ah well it was it happened about 20days ago, I found out the someone on the forums liked me just as much as I liked him! And now we are dating! if for one feel very lucky to have him! and to know that he loves me so damn much!

 

Ah this happened the other day, was at work and someone was saying something about need to get ride of some chair.. so I told them I could help them out, come to find out that chair is one hell of a sweet ass lazy boy.. sooo I get a free kick ass lazy boy chair ... sadly I cant enjoy it yet.. I have to work 32 more hours... at work...

A while ago, I've been purchasing the funko Power Ponies mystery minis, because I wanted one in particular (the one of Pinks as Fillysecond preparing to fight, which is cute ). I've purchased my first wave of four, but got neither Pinks, nor Flutters rearing (the second I've wanted most). Got an AJ, Rarity, and two Twis . I was so salty for it that it only took a week to try again (also because I think they are being discontinued ). Then purchased more, twice in fact to teach mister luck a lesson  . First pack had the rearing Flutters, we started good. Then some I wasn't interested, some duplicates.... WAIT, IT'S PINKS... never mind, it's not the one I've wanted . By the last box, I was predisposed to seek a fellow collector willing to trade for the one I've wanted.... then that last one had the Pinks I've wanted

Had lunch at my local Chick-fill-a, where I had to wait 4 minutes longer. I didn't minded, as I see it as pretty normal. However, I don't think the employees see it that way, because they gave me two free sides card  . No big deal, but I won't say no to free delicious waffle fries

Whoa, that post of mine earlier. Wow. I forget I had crushes back in 2013 before my ex came back around. Very weird. lol. Silly members of this forum dragging up these topics from the distant past...

 

Anyway, it's silly but my luck happened in the mobile Kingdom Hearts Unchained game. I landed in the top 5,000 of the recent High Score Challenge and got the premium medal. That required the RNG of the skills to be perfect. It was such an incredible bout of luck that I squealed and had to go sit down on the floor because I just couldn't believe what just happened.

I accidentally left behind one of my favorite T-shirts at a hotel when I went out of town to see a doctor. I wore it to cheer myself up, and I thought it was gone for good but the hotel staff found the shirt and mailed it back to me. I'm so happy, I really love that shirt!

It was when I was getting my Go-Pro hero 5 black from a camera store while they were having a one day sale store wide around a month ago. I only got the camera for $500 when they usually range from $550-$700. The lucky part is when I got the camera as it was the third last one in stock and they sold out minuets after I got my camera. Plus they were prohibiting eany items to be put on hold during the sale as we called them the day before and they only had 24 of them in stock for the sale. I got to the store just in time before they sold out!!!

To be fair, it wasn't exactly the top prize (the top prize was getting multiple copies of that medal, which is beneficial to the people who did, because they can make it stronger) and it didn't require any technical exploits to get it. It just is quite an achievement because the majority of people who got the top 5000 were doubtlessly people who spend money on the game. I do not. I got there without spending money.

I VERY rarely get lucky(lets just say its my style) but Id say the most recent lucky event to happen to me was winning $160 dollars at a slot machine on a cruise. I will say my luck with gambling has been more positive than negative and tend to either break even or make some kind of profit. I generally make a rule of if I start with $20 and I make $40 then I walk away otherwise I spend the $20 and walk away.

I found a $20 bill in a parking lot the other day. I normally try to find the person that dropped it so I can give it back, but it was late at night and no one else was around, so that's something, I suppose. Still feel a little guilty about it, though.
