Tell me! are you proud of being a brony? do you tell people you are? or is it something you try to avoid? If so, why are you proud to be a brony, and what makes you brony?

I'm a happy brony amongst my friends, to people who dont know what a brony is, i dont even mention it,....why? Well because i live in a weirdly 50/50 liberal conservative country, and people arent going to understand....so i mostly keep it a secret.

i tell noone i only open myself if i see anyone who has something related or talk about it ore use expressions such 20% cooler, everypony ecc ecc people will not understan.. and if i want to wear something i usually chose something not really to show it off, i have those two shirts for instance

Being proud of being a brony? Nothing special for me, just a great fandom. I usually keep my bronyism to myself... However, I do know of some people that are bronies and I chat to them from time to time.

When I first became a brony I thought our fandom was amazing but now I think our fandom is just OK. I don't like brony music that much, but I used to like it a lot.

Being a brony is indeed awesome. What makes me a brony? The same thing that makes all of us bronies: We love a show called My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Me, I'm proud of being a brony, and I'm completely open about it. I have My Little Pony toys and folders and a dog tag and stuff. I'm always doodling ponies when I get bored in class, and of course I often discuss the show with my best brony buddy ghostfacekiller39 (we know each other irl btw)

Anyway...I'm a brony because it makes me happy being a brony. I can't explain it very well. All I know is I'm very happy to spend my time, watching MLP stuff on togethertube, spending my money on the merch, hanging around these forums...

 

It just makes me happy. That's really the only way I can sum it up.

Everyone I know, knows I am a brony, my friends rarely joke about it with me, they are accepting, my family finds it funny, but aren't against it and even a guy I know who is in the 'populars' really likes brony dubstep because of me, though isn't a brony himself.

 

I am proud to be a brony because I like to express my love for the things I enjoy, MLP being a big factor here, and  I do not care what others think. I like what I like, others cannot control this.

I'm proud to be a brony. This fandom is amazing. Its helped me overcome my fears, something I never would've even attempted if it weren't for the show and fandom. I love how welcoming and kind almost everyone is in this fandom. I'm really happy to be apart of a community like this. In real life, I don't tell anyone I'm a brony unless they ask, or I need to to get some merch or something. I used to be really shy about it, but now I'm open about being a brony, and I couldn't be happier.
