This was one of the first episodes of FIM I ever watched, the moment Pinkie Pie burst out into song I said to myself "oh I like this character".

Don't think anyone's had as many memorable moments in the show as Pinkie. Even in episodes I never really liked she always tend to shine. If I had to pick one moment, I'd pick this one. A Classic!

Only indirectly a Pinkie moment, but I think Maud's not having eaten the candy necklaces, but keeping them like treasure is one of the sweetest moments in MLP.

But most of the Pinkie moments are some of the best moments in the show.

I feel like posting anything would feel redundant.(all of the ideas taken) Well.... Smile x3 was the most uplifting song I ever heard. I makes me have hope in the human race. Pinkie's Lament was a realization of what she does best, witch is making everyone have a good time. that episode was great. So those moments are the best IMO

That touching little moment between Maud and Pinkie on the train. She wasnt going crazy or saying random stuff to make ponies smile, she was just having a genuine moment with her sister. That speaks depths to her character we dont normally see.

To my mind the best Pinkie moment in the whole series is one of her few sad scenes.  The one in Party of One where she thinks her friends don't love her anymore & her hair goes flat.  One of the 2 best tender moments in the whole series (The other being in Secret of My Excess where Spike and Rarity were falling to their possible death)

 

Funny, oh God, there are just too many to list more than a few

Pinkie's Pride Where she is trying other jobs

Feeling Pinkie Keen.  Where T finds Gummy in her bathtub, where T refuses to believe in the Pinkie Sense & Derpy drops all that crap on her head

Canterlot Wedding, scene where they are fighting the Changelings (starts where she asks the Changelings "Do me!" & ends where she is using T like a machine gun)

Baby Cakes  several, including the scene where she does the piggy dance & the one where she is trying to change diapers & ends up wearing them
