Dunsparce. Dunsparce is cool; paraflinching, roost, and coil while cackling maniacally is real loads of fun.

Scizor... need I even say it? Formidable defenses, wonderful ability, easily sets up, and looks totally boss.

Skuntank; It's just really cute and a bit... tough. Pity about the movepool, though.

Lucario, really fast and offensive, and mega evolving to get Adaptability makes it feel invincible.

Ninjask, frail little guy that loves her ability and giving allies speed boosts.

Espeon. Hard to phase, Calm Mind-Morning Sun-Stored Power is simply beastly... especially after being passed speed-ups from Ninjask.

My all time favorite is Gyarados, I just love him so much; so cute. (especially when he's red )

 

 

Also, I really like in the games when he's following me, I'll turn to talk to him and when it says he hugged me it's just too cute, even though that would be absolutely terrifying!

For me, I'm totally a fan of Teddiursa. He's just so adorable. In fact, I have a mini-plush of one in the back of my car, looking back at the cars behind me.

Favorite pokemon? Well, I can carry six, so I suppose there's some leeway to this list.

 

1. Marowak - Its the Batman of the pokemon universe. Orphaned child? Check. Hardened by childhood losses? Check. More easily identified by the mask, rather than its face? Check. Boomerang like weapon? Checkerooni. Marowak is Batman, Q.E.D.

 

2. Rosarade - Not much justification here. I just like roses.

 

3. Mismagius - Its a magic pokemon based around witches. That's just awesome.

 

4. Archeops - Honestly, I didn't like 5th gen all that much. Doesn't make this guy any less than stellar, though. What isn't cool about that sleek, Aztec design? Not to mention rock/flying, which is a fun typing. Aerodactyl did it first, but still fun nevertheless. Besides, I need something to teach Fly to.

 

5. Flaffy - Not Ampharos. Amphy is cool, don't get me wrong, but Flaffy is just too adorable to ignore. Heck, I remember giving a Flaffy an everstone just because I preferred the fuzzy look. Not to mention in Gold and Silver it gave me a counterpart to Red's Pikachu, which was fun.

 

6. And the last slot goes to... Eevee. None of those fancy eeveelutions, just the straight up, original fox/cat/thing. I mean, good Arceus, I know I already have Flaffy as the team mascot, but how could anybody not love this guy? I suppose if I did have to evolve it, I'd probably pick Glaceon, though. Ice is a fun type.

Once I saw Crustle, I knew we were going to be good friends.

The type combination makes it hard do cut through its defenses, which are very easy to bring to their full potential.  And he learns the awesomeness that is Stealth Rock.  In your face, Charizard!

 

Ever since I first used it in generation 2, Crobat was my favorite:

Fast, strong, and it learns a lot of great strategy moves.

 

But alas, it was replaced this generation by:

Take everything that's awesome about Steel types and multiply it by 10.  That's Aegislash.
