Favorite Decade(s)?

Just as the title states, what's your favorite decade(s)?

 

Well, for me, I loved the 90s, because that was when all of the great nostalgic kid shows were made. 

 

The late 60s were really great because of the growing popularity of some of today's famous cars, such as the Camaro. 

 

Don't forget the 80s for me, because that was when all of the great rock stars started to rise, such as Eddie Van Halen.

Probably the 80s and 90s for retro video games and cartoons.

I love the 50s and 60s, but I prefer the 80s and 90s more. All of the decades have something good to them.

The 1980s and the 1990s. Video games, anime, and western animation were each on a roll back then.

I don't typically think in terms of decades. However, I can in music, and there nothing compares to the 1960s/70s.

The 90's I lived it, loved it, and cant get over it. Everything about the 90's is so rad, music genres, it was pre industry but post modern, cartoon television and all of my favorite N64-Gamecube/PS2 games, fjdajfjad, I wish I could be 14 every day

Personally I say the last three Generations

Look I'm more into new music, so that's where the newer Decades came into place, no I'm not into pop, or anything mainstream, so please don't comment on that. 

Things took a turn and things became so much more advanced than before.

And the 90's, for the Video games, and a good start to most technology we have today.

The 90s, you know, when the majority of cartoons on air were actually good. Also, best video games IMO. And also the early 2000s. I liked everything before 2005.

The 1920s and 30s. I'm a big history buff and the 20s and 30s are so full of giant shifts in American culture it's fascinating to study. My own username and OC got their names from the 30s slang for Dust Bowl dust storms.

I'd have to say 80's, because of music alone. I listen to a lot of indie music now, but Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, The Police, and The Smiths were my favorite growing up, even though I wasn't alive when they made music, haha. I think I said in my welcome thread that my favorite movie was blade runner, which is also an 80's gem, so there's that too.

I'd say the 30th decade was the best. Rad things happened between 30 and 40 AD. Raaaad things.

This is a hard question. So many decades were awesome.

 

The 1940's had World War 2, which interests me a lot. This decade also had some pretty sweet music.

 

The 50's, 60's, 70's, 90s, 2000's, and the current decade. They're all so awesome music-wise, I can't decide!

 

If I had to pick a decade though, I'd choose the 1990's. This is when I was born, and this decade also gave birth to things such as Pokémon.

I love old classy cars, as well as Mafia stuff. You could also blame Fallout for my love of the "Art Deco" era.
