I like all the mane six characters...but i think Rainbow Dash is the best for me she's tomboish and awesome! and for secondary...Big Mac reminds me of my brother heh and Braeburn is one of my favs too ^^

Pinkie Pie. I love that she sings randomly (my husband also does this) and she embodies a large part of me. The part of me that loves to laugh and just be an overall happy person who brings happiness to others. Also, she's adorable.

 

Though I would say Big Mac is a very close second for me. I started to love him in "Lesson Zero", when he takes the doll after the spell wears off.

Twilight. I can relate to Twilight a good deal. We are VERY similar. My second favorite is Applejack, for an unknown reason. There aren't enough brony's who really like Applejack! Any hoo, after that it's Fluttershy, Pinkie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash in that order.
