Would you be scared of Princess Celestia? If you were suddenly to be teleported out of your universe before Celestia's throne, still as a Human. She is shocked to see you, she did not teleport you here.

 

I would be terrified, for she could be an alternate Celestia from The Conversion Bureaus universe, I am likely to be killed on the spot or turned into a mind controlled Newfoal. Or some other nightmarish version of her from another universe. 

 

I would go down on my knees and literally beg her not to kill me. If she's canon Celestia, you think she wouldn't be hostile if I'm so submissive to her?

 

Although, if I encountered a rapid My Little Human fan alter ego of her, I guess I wouldn't have to worry about her hurting me, but she may be a little too forward in wanting a romantic relationship with me. XD

I make it a point to not be terrified of anything until I am absolutely sure it's going to kill me. After the initial shock I'd just try to calmly explain myself as best I could.

I'm sure she would allow me to hug her, especially if she could see that I'm not a threat. It could take some time for her to trust me, but eventually we would be great friends. I'd love to be adopted by her if I couldn't return to my universe.

Well, I'd have to be careful not to upset or anger Celestia, so the best way of getting past that hurdle is by firstly introducing myself, explaining what happened and making it super duper clear that I am not a threat to her or to anypony. What matters here is once she gets the message that I'm not there to harm anypony, she'll be OK with my sudden appearance.

I wouldn't be scared, but I would be very careful and present myself respectfully and overly formal (at first, at least) so I wouldn't be mistaken to be a threat. If she was angry or one of the tyrant Celestias, I'd have good reason to be scared.

Ignoring the dimensional teleportation for a second, it's not everyday you suddenly find yourself before royalty. I'd probably be rendered speechless at the fact that Princess Celestia is standing right in front of me, mostly for fear that I might accidentally say something that might offend her. If she's not the actual Celestia but an evil/alternate version, then that would be the least of my problems by that point I would think.

Well, that would be weird... but not scared. Celestia is probably the first pony you'd want to see if you were somehow impossibly teleported to that world anyway, since she might know of a way to get you back(should you so want to, of course).

I'd tell her that I'm a huge fan of hers and ask for a hug and an autograph on the picture I drew of her.

What I'd ACTUALLY have to worry about would be the royal guards. They wouldn't be as friendly to a mysterious creature suddenly teleporting into their Princess' throne room. But Celestia would call them off.

I could imagine I would either just stammer a bunch of incoherent nonsense, or I would say something incredibly rude by accident. But if she's anything like she is in the show, she would understand and forgive. If it was TCB Celestia? I would at least attempt to go out swinging. It wouldn't work, but it's the thought that counts.

I would only be afraid if I had done something wrong. Staring into the face of a righteous ruler when you've done something wrong must be one of the most terrifying sensations in existence. I would simply be polite and sociable, or businesslike if I was in her court for that purpose. It couldn't be too bad. She is playful (the "gotcha" teacup prank) so how bad could I do?

I think that anyone has more reason to be scared than not. Starting with the fact that just because she looks like a cute cartoon horse, it doesn't mean that she is one. Beyond that, if we take into thought. all the different versions of Celestia that the fandom has spawned, even beyond the "evil" TCB versons of her... Yes.. Be very afraid.
