Hello there my lovely friends! Welcome to my Request shop!

 

 

Now, before I get started I must clear a few things up. You may remember my last request shop which got cancelled due to the large influx of requests, thus leading me onto completely failing each and every piece. After some contemplation, I've come to the conclusion that I am ready to have a request shop again under a few conditions. Now with the power vested in me, I declare that these following rules are all now official because I said so!

 

 

• You mustn't pester me. If so, I scrap your piece and you go home empty handed. If you ask me politely how things are going however, I will respond. Your choice, really.

 

• I do these when I feel like it. Not when you feel like it, not when your girlfriend feels like it, when I feel like it. If you're looking for punctuality, then go get a commission, not a request.

 

• I will not accept your request if you do not have a reference photo of some kind. I don't care if it's ponymaker, traditional, whatever! Just keep in mind I cannot read minds so you need to be specific. If you do not have a reference, just sketch it up on paper and take a photo! I'd don't care if you're not an artistic mastermind! If, however, your picture is very hard to 'get', then I am afraid I must decline your request.

 

• Keep in mind that I reserve the right to not go through with your request, be it lack of inspiration, plans, ect. Please, do not say I didn't warn you!

 

• All art is created by me and you do not have the right to repost or claim it as your own without permission from me. 

 

• If you have not been active for the past two weeks without a valid reason, your piece will not go ahead. It hurts to know that my art will never see the light of day, thus I've placed those limits

 

• No overly detailed backgrounds or intricate costumes. 

 

• Although I will try and get to your request, if you see 'Postponed' next to your name, that means that I've no ideas for your characters and I keep going with requests until I get an idea for you. 

 

 

I have been doing digital art for 6 months now as of today(8th of August, 2014), but have been drawing horses since I was 3 years old and barely able to pick up a pen. Needless to say, when I got into my little pony and started jotting down sketches in my notebook, I didn't need to look up pictures of horse skeletons for references, I just sort of, knew. I'm not really an award worthy artist yet, that's understandable. I never took my drawings seriously, despite being told I should get into doing art on multiple occasions. Still, I've managed to get my head around the basics, and do better than I could have ever imagined in the short time of 2 months. I've received countless put-downs from people, saying I won't ever achieve anything in my youth, that I won't get anywhere. Despite this, I kept going. After all, you learn things more easily at a young age. Art has become form of escapism for me, it has allowed me to tap into my emotions and use them to make something that I will remember for years to come, even if it may not be picture perfect. A whole world at my fingertips, waiting to be explored. Take my first attempt. It looks like something you might expect to find in the toilet, but it holds a special place in my heart and will forever be my favorite piece. Because that day, a spark ignited inside of me. Moral of the story, try things. You never know, you might find a new passion.

Now that that rant is over, let's get to the fun stuff!

 

 

 

Now gather round, children and listen up.

 

Before I paint your character, I need to get a good feel of their personality. Unless, of course, you'd like your supposedly shy and timid character to be painted with a brash and cocky expression.Either tell me here or link me to their page. If you'd like a specific background, prop, angle or pose, just tell me! Keep in mind that I draw natural settings such as fields way better than modern settings. The amount of time taken will be adjacent to the amount of detail required.  Sometimes it takes me a morning over hot tea to finish, sometimes a week of raging. If you have any concerns or inquiries, please do not hesitate to PM me!

13/04/14~ Hot chocolate is my fuel. Cars run on petrol and I run on hot chocolate. That combined with my new Rainbow Dash plushie tucked under my arm and some awesome dubstep remixes have gotten me into a creative mood. Stay Foxxy!

If you could possibly tone down the colors of her coat and hair, that'd be great (considering my screen apparently didn't have the right brightness/color settings as I drew the original pic). It's supposed to be a light mint green and a sort of raspberry / reddish-pink color, respectively. ^^;
