Can Scootaloo legitimately not fly, and is this canon?

She probably can't fly but the show may or may not make this super official.

 

I like Scootaloo even though she is my least favorite Cutie Mark Crusader...unless you count Babs then Scoots would be third. I like her interesting personality most and the fact that she is legitimately disabled which isn't really seen openly in Equestria. Not just sick but disabled. And that may never be cured away with magic or a potion or anything. I think there is potential to turn that into a great episode next season but I won't bet that it will happen.
