If Godzilla were to be tossed in, he'll come out a SpaceGodzilla.  So pretty much, wouldn't do anything, but make things worse.

Well, Biollante, had Godzilla's DNA and when Mothra reached into Space, his DNA was carried on Mothra and when the debris of his DNA was released in a black hole, it created SpaceGodzilla.   So.......you could say Godzilla became SpaceGodzilla, genetically. 

The process happened in Godzilla v.s Biollante (1989), Godzilla v.s Mothra: The Battle of Earth (1992), and lastly Godzilla v.s SpaceGodzila (1994)

@EVERYONE, THE OP SAID IT WAS MODERN GODZILLA, A.K.A STONE WALL GODZILLA!

 

This takes away several problems, radiation being one of them as this Godzilla is not radioactive, at least not enough to be deadly. Also, his heat ray sucks, hard. When it hit the MUTO, there was no explosion, it just scorched it. When you realize the other Godzilla's have explosive properties behind their breath, this one isn't that good. He is the most durable Godzilla save for Kiryu Goji, Megaguirus Goji, and FW Goj though

 

As for the fight, no one in Equestria can really hurt him, but there are ways to circumvent that. Remember Twilight's little orchestra against the Ursa Minor? She could put Godzilla to sleep and then request some help from, IDK, the other alicorns to move him around

 

It is also possible that the Wendigos can freeze him, this Godzilla not exactly being the epitome of heat. 

 

And Ursa Major would be easily as large as him and in a brawl, the Ursa Major might be able to pull off a win since aside from his tail, Legendary Godzilla isn't exactly the most agile fighter on the planet.

TBH, back in the Kaiju forums, we broke up Godzilla by how the story flowed

 

For example, the Godzilla who tanked a black hole? Different from the one who was owned by electrical cables. The Japanese title was usually used, but since I don't remember them, yeah.

 

The Godzilla we are using is Legendary Goji

i hate Legendary Godzilla, tbh. Heisei was the best one and the most powerful one. However, no matter which Godzilla ( Showa, Heisei, Millennium , or Legendary) Godzilla will always come out on top, if you think about it.

1954 Goji died, King Kong Goji got his ass beaten in by Kong, Heisei Goji died, GMK Goji also died(at least crippled for a long time), and Kiryu Goji got humiliated repeatedly.

 

In fact, a lot of Godzilla's wins have required interference on another monster's part. Hell, Godzilla has actually lost to Mothra about 4-5 times

King Kong v.s Godzilla............great story line, but bad movie.  Kong is smaller than that, so to put them together just sucked.

Heisei......died b/c of meltdown, but we all had that coming, b/c he got it from Fire Rodan.

GMK.......worst one i saw, tbh.

Kiryu was so-so, but at least he saved (Godzilla) and sacrificed himself (as the real-Godzilla).

 

Godzilla and Mothra...........well, the King v.s the Queen of Monsters, I can understand that,

True........we had expected that, but at least he got up and stood his ground, .   Yet, I gotta tell you the funniest defeat he had was in Godzilla v.s Mothra (1962), where the 2 larva mothra (possibly leo), trapped him and goes rolling off the cliff-side.   With King Ghidorah (1960's), he was a tough opponent, but with Rodan, that was just amazing teamwork.  

 

BTW, in 1985 (The Return of Godzilla), he didn't get trapped in ice.  He fell into Mt. Mihara.

Well, can't argue with fans liking King Ghidorah.  He's also my favorite and one hell of an enemy to fight, Mothra.....not as much, that's b/c of her "peaceful" and "calm" nature, which makes her story a little boring, whereas Godzilla is more of an action and destruction nature.

 

But if he explodes, he'll die before everyone else

Since most of the time, when they "modernize" godzilla, he sucks masssive balls. Based on that, he'd probably get wasted by some of the des ex machina abilities of Twilight, or the other Princesses. And, since just about every "modern" godzilla doesn't have a mini nuclear reactor beating in his chest, Fluttershy could take him out of there even being a fight.

I said most, not all the time. Plus, with the fact a new movie was released, I'm guessing this was based on that sad excuse for Godzilla...which is about on par, but slightly better then the last time the US did one.

 

Please..........don't remind us of that Emmerich Abomination of Godzilla.  Although, I liked the monsters design and all, but to give it the "Godzilla" title when it did not even look like him, blew my mind.  The TV Series though was amazing, and a nice recovery.
