Today. Is. The. DAY.
The Bro. The Ny. THE CON.
Today, I depart for Baltimore on a Greyhound bus, a trip that will last from 2:30 PM 'til 7 AM the next day...
I couldn't BE more stoked, right now.
Since 2016, I've been coming to this site. I've spent time interacting with the folks here, sharing stories or memes or even just goofing around & being chaotic and whatnot... and those things mean a LOT to me. As someone who's always felt alone in crowds, I have to admit
Sometimes less is more.
A proper description in the right spot can help make a story. Too much description, however, can cost you.
Oddly enough, it can really cost you in a horror story. The trap beginners fall into is the idea that gore = fear. That’s not necessarily true.
The right amount of blood, the right amount of description, and the right amount of direct action can make a horror story. The wrong amount can leave you with something like Jeff the Killer.
Why does less
Hey. Y'know what really grinds my gears? Character limits. Okay, this isn't just an "in general" kind of thing; I have a very specific case that requires a bit of explanation. It's really good, I swear!
Okay, so, I got my mom into video games a few years ago, and she has been playing through a bunch of Xbox 360 games. She ran out of things to do on that system, and she really wants to play the new entries in her favorite franchises (Fallout, Red Dead, Farcry), so we decided to get her
Monday. Up at 5:30, out the door by 6:30. On my way to Louisville, KY.
13:17 getting an oil change outside of Louisville, KY. I stopped at a Game X Change and got some games. Going to eat soon.
16:10 Went to some video game stores. Got some Sega CD and Atari Jaguar games. I like getting tshirts from game stores too.
20:04 Eating pizza. What a day. Lots of video games and used books. I found the D&D 2nd edition Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, Monstrous Manual, 1st ed
I have countless amazing memories from high school marching band, and I figured I'd put them here so that I can always remember them, and maybe a few people will also get a laugh out of some of them. I guess I'll start with freshman year.
I'll have to omit a few memories. As much as I'd like to share everything, we have three traditions that only band members are supposed to know about. I know it's the internet and nobody cares, but it's important to me to keep them a secret.

For this being another Equestria Girls special, and a lot of the same things over and over again, it was pretty good. Lot of emotions, even through the dialogue and writing were annoying at times. There was also a major swerve in the middle of the special too, but I'll let you guys find out what it was. Overall, it was a pretty good special to keep the fans hungry for the mid-season premiere next Saturday.
Grade: B
(Except for the things she possibly actually did wrong)
So, in Amending Fences, Twilight goes back to Canterlot to make nice with her former Canterlot friends, who she feels she wronged by leaving Canterlot for Ponyville. Most of her friends forgive her, but Moondancer wants nothing to do with her, instead pretending not to care about renewing the friendship. Of course, there is more to the story, and Moondancer is secretly harbouring resentment for Twilight skipping her "little get-togethe
Hello, and welcome!
I am Play Write, and I have taken it upon myself to compile a collection of the stories that made up the history of our great nation. Rather than present this history in a plain and uninteresting manner, I have sought out through journals and family accounts the personal stories of those who directly witnessed the events.
Whether you're new to Troy, simply passing through, or looking to move in, I hope that this book will serve you well.
I would like to offer a

I think I’m funny, just humor me with the title.
I’m pretty private, but I’m all about technology, especially med tech, so I decided to share this because it’s cool. Plus most people on the forums won’t encounter one unless it’s attached to an older relative.
I have a heart issue. I’m fine, it’s related to something else I’ve got, but I’ve got an enlarged aorta, and my blood tends to pool in my legs when I stand, causing serious dizziness and lightheadedness. So to make sure it’s not

Hi everypony!
It's Emerald<3 here with a quick announcement.
I was thinking of doing a livestream on my YouTube channel, OhweewahFilmz
I still have to map out some things to talk about, but I'm probably gonna do my fanfic reading, the one that @Dynamo Pad was kind enough to let me use his OC for a small cameo.
I will also be answering some questions, but if there is anything else you suggest me doing please pass me your ideas.
I'll make sure to update my status when

The 1960s was a very tumultuous time with a lot of assassinations, such as JFK in '63 and Malcolm X in '65. 1968 had two high-profile ones: MLK Jr. that April and RFK two months later.
As bold as any show then and now, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood tackled this very difficult subject front and center with utmost care and respect. This clip came from a nighttime special in recent response to RFK's murder and mass media's graphic display of it:
Dear Kendroth,
I am so sorry to hear that. Those ponis have no right to talk such nasty things about you. I know many fear dragons but to treat them with such disrespect.
Sad to say I shouldn't have been surprised. Many ponis hold prejudiced against things they still have yet to understand. I am sorry. I too have been a victum of this kind of behavior for years, despite being poni myself I just thought that since things have gotten better- you wouldn't have to face it.

Hello!
(This'll probably be my last post before I go offline from 21st July to 14th September. Welp, anyways...)
It's time for another random quiz. I got this one from a teacher of mine.
Q: There are 10 birds on a tree branch one evening. Suddenly, there was a loud "BOOM"! If 3 of the birds fainted because of the loud sound, how many were on still on the branch? Why?
A: __________
