I see stories like this and it always reminds me of the LGBT community. Its like people trying to tell their parents their gay or a lesbian. Its sad really that some adults can be so closed minded. My own Mother doesnt understand but I'm an adult myself and I do as I please, be damned with what anyone likes or doesn't like. Honestly, this problem is a complex one because it deals with the dynamics of the relationship with your parents, but honestly, you need to sit down with them and tell them about the complex community that has surrounded this show. Tell them it involves people of all ages from young and old. We have a vast array of talented videographers, animators, musicians, voice actors, writers, etc. Its not just liking a show but its so much more. Tell them its something you like and though you understand they may not understand it, it is something that makes you happy. Remind them that out of all the things in this world folks your age do, you choose to enjoy a show that teaches morals, friendship, love, respect and so much more. If all of that fails to work, tell them you just don't understand why they want to teach you to judge others for what they watch when what they watch is nothing but good. Its a bad situation, but in the end, you are who you are. You are one of us. You are one of the community. I have never found one anywhere except Amazon. 11 inch tall Fluttershy for 46 dollars. I don't think they even make Rarity or Applejack. I haven;t found them anywhere. Just go to amazon.com and type in "Fluttershy Plush". Its beautiful.

Out of all the things out there that could take over the internet or could be influencing peoples lives, I'll take ponies anyday of the week. We are still extremely popular...in fact, I bought a Twilight and Pinkie Pie Plushie FROM WALMART of all places two days ago.

I'm a Pegasister but that is just a sub-sect of being a Brony. Its not an "Us against them" or that Bronies are making all the gore, R34 stuff. In fact, one of the Goriest things I ever read was written by a pegasister. As for the other stuff, I agree that some of the more violent stuff messes with my head. I frankly have an issue with one of the mane six getting gang banged, but to each their own. People love the show but really what they love is the WORLD that the show is about. So they just take the world and the characters and put them in these "what if" scenarios. I respect them for it. My daughter who is 5 loves MLP. We watch it together and thats all fine and good, but I won't introduce her to the fandom because I know whats out there. I, on the other hand, am a big girl and find some of the creative stuff out there really good.

I just go to amazon or buy them at online retailers. Its so much simpler then hunting the stuff down at stores and buying from price gougers..

I have respect for all generations....except 3.5. I mean seriously..someone was smoking some crack when they made that. Outside of that? Total respect.

Dear Princess Luna and Celestia, I learned an important lesson today, or should I say I was reminded of one I already learned. Sometimes pony folk will get under your skin. Sometimes we don't always agree on things and sometimes when we disagree on stuff thats important to us, we can lose sight of ourselves in the process. Tonight I was reminded that sometimes we have to agree to disagree, not just for our own sake but for the sake of all those pony folk who may happen upon our argument. Though debate and open minded conversation is a great thing, it must be tempered by maturity and the ability to walk away. No pony can be forced to change their beliefs. It has to come natural or sometimes not at all. I should have walked away. A good friend told me to do just that and I didn't listen. I wanted to send you this letter in hopes that others may read it and be reminded of this very important lesson that I forgot. Your's faithfully, Obsidian Winter

I can't stand RD. I often times wonder why so much Merc is out there concerning her. There are so many great traits in the other Mane 6. Shes frankly number 5 or 4 on my list, depending on if shes showing her flank and being a jerk in the latest episode.

A lot of the episodes feel rushed this season, like they should all have been an hour long. It would be so easy to make these episodes an hour long because of the great story telling.

Maybe it will be a season 1-3 compilation and they are waiting to round off this season first. I was really shocked at the amount of merc out there, yet sadly so much of it is RD related.....bleh.

I think its awesome. What a great thing to have just in time for christmas. Enjoy snuggling with it at night! *goes to check ebay for one myself.*
