  1. Mr.G just kept walking for a few hours. Is anypony even around this area, he thought. Most ponies that see him only see a black silhouette, but ignored him, thinking it's just smoke. An hour later, he saw a house. He also saw two ponies talking to each other. One of them is a pegasus, while the other is an earth pony. I need to make sure they couldn't see me... so he hides behind the house
  2. Mr. G It has been many years that he is wandering around Equestria. With most of his friends dead many years ago, all this strange pony can do is to spend his eternity walking around his former home. "Sucks to live on this planet till the end of time," he thought. He is also extremely bored. Sick of being unable to talk with anypony, he screamed, "Hello? Is anypony there?" He immediately thought next that nopony would still hear him, "Buck it, if the ponies won't come to me, I'll have to come to them," so he decided to keep wandering until he finds somepony else to socialize with.
  3. My religion isn't really denominational. We called this "born-again Christianity" alluding to what Jesus said to Nicodemus. We don't do the sign of the cross, we don't do some things that Catholics or any other denominations do.
  4. This is my very first (and probably the only one that I will use) OC:http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/mr-g-r3026 Put him on the background as black-colored silhouette of a unicorn (he likes to be on the background). (I can't draw or even make an art of him)
  5. I actually like old songs rather than the "artists" today. Back then when autotune was only used for electronic songs and not in every freaking song. Back then when artist actually write their own songs. I'm 14, and guys and gals probably older than me, I AM TERRIBLY SORRY FOR WHAT MY GENERATION HAS DONE TO MUSIC. But I know that there are still good artists today.

    Nothing

Thanks for the warning. I really don't know, but I just feel that you're probably the nicest user I've ever saw, and I wish I could see more people like you.
  7. That's not the first time they've implied suicide. On a previous episode of Spongebob, "One Coarse Meal" it actually shows Plankton trying TO COMMIT SUICIDE BY ATTEMPTING TO GET RUNOVER BY A BUS.

    Nothing

As a 14-year-old socially awkward male nerd, I'm really not into relationships since our teacher (I'm in a Christian school, you probably know that) would always tell us that we should focus on our studies first.(Having a boyfriend or a girlfriend WILL get you expelled there, like what happened to 2 of our students last year) Let me share you something, Earl. When I was a kid, I would call it the "time my hormones are in overdrive" (That wasn't even puberty) I was immature back then, my unbridled hormones control me like a puppet master. I remember the times when I cried like a kid who didn't get he wants for his birthday, just because my crushes are with somebody else. Gosh-darn it, I was so stupid back in my childhood. The most humiliating thing I ever did was in my 1st year of high school. So, I was crushing on this girl, and I obsessed over like I'm stalking her.(I WAS 12 BACK THEN) To the point I used bizarre and idiotic methods just to get her attention. (I won't specify them, and they aren't what you think!) to the point that I had to talk with her mom, and my teacher had to say that I'm not allowed to go near her. The most idiotic thing I ever did was deluding myself that everybody ignores me and doesn't even care for me, but everybody is too smart for that. They were right, I loved my crushes too much. TOO. FLIPPIN'. MUCH. and "too much love will kill you". When I saw and heard the song in which you mentioned, those memories came back to my mind like a boomerang. This looks like gender-flipped, but I empathize with you on this for this, since I know how it feels like being the guy on Nothing by The Script. Loving somebody else even if you didn't know if you are being loved back.(Yep, I acted this when I was 10.) I might not know how it is to be on a relationship (After all, I've always thought relationships to be the way you mentioned and I've also had never any basis except romantic movies and novels and this sounds a little hypocritical, considering that I have no girlfriend myself), but here is what I know. Judging how you post on this forums, you really are compassionate. Circadian was right about you being probably the nicest user he had ever seen, focusing on zen, love and tolerance. I know that you don't want to hurt the feelings of men, considering that most men will give up everything, or even go insane or commit suicide if the women they love dumped them big time. Judging by this post, I strongly believe that you, Earl Grey, is the #1 Nicest and Most Compassionate MLPForums user I've ever seen since I became a member two weeks ago. I, Noflippinbody, won't just commend you for being a good Christian, but also on being nice. Never I saw this kind of being nice everywhere. Earl, I hope you see this comment.
  9. Hey Flutterbass I like those shows too! I agree with you that today's cartoons are just as good as the ones from the nineties.
  10. Probably not, even if I did watch The Powerpuff Girls, I would've judged it as too girly for me (that was when I was a kid, and I didn't and probably won't bother to watch another episode of this show)
  11. I myself don't believe in this bullcrap. Yes, I posted this in Flutterspark's (yes, I'm saying his name) welcome post since he is a Christian (and I'm also one) and I decided to show him that. The message I am trying portray to him (and everypony) is that there are people who would do this kind of videos so they could:a. Troll fanbases and other forms of media b. To demonize them and make people believe they are evil (They told me that Harry Potter and Pokemon are Satanic when I was kid, now I believe otherwise) c. Because they truly believe in that that those things are evil. The reason why I decided to let you guys see it is because, after all, it is only on a welcome post and few people can only see it. So I put it on Show Discussion (which got relocated to Sugarcube Corner) so many people can see it. tl;dr, I posted that vid not because I believe on that,(again, I immediately dismissed it as bullcrap when I first watched it) but to see your opinions. God bless everypony.
  12. I once posted this in someone's welcome post, but I think it's about time for everypony to see this video This isn't like that GodHatesSinners.com troll site. What are your opinions on this?
  13. @Firespeed22 That's what I used to think back then before I became a brony. "How the heck would a little girls' show be famous to grown people, even males?" I looked beyond the feminine exterior of this show, and found out that this is not your stereotypical "girl's show". The jokes and dialogues are witty, relatable stories, catchy songs, and to top it off with good animation. The fanbase is also talented.
  14. I think I have this one thing. Since I'm tall, my family would expect me to be interested in sports, especially basketball. But I'm not really interested in sports, I'm actually interested in nerdy stuff.

Earl Grey, you make me more proud to be a Christian. I wish I could see more people like you not only on this forums, but throughout the whole world. It's nice that you combine MLP characters with Biblical proverbs and verses. I never see this kind of Christianity anywhere. May God bless you. From, Noflippinbody
  16. I also hate that most mainstream rap today are all about women, drugs and money. Eminem is probably one of the rappers that I respect, since most of his songs have a message and actually raps about his life and his songs actually connect to the listener, not how many drugs he take, not how many girls he sleep with. With "rappers" like Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne and Drake, where is 2Pac, Coolio, Biggie and Snoop Dogg where you need them?
  17. Sacha could be a dictator of a neighboring country, or somepony making a mockumentary about Equestria.Get the references?
  18. I'm a born-again Christian (Born-again comes from what Jesus said to Nicodemus), born and raised as one, went and currently studying in a Christian academy, and I will say that no matter how science tries to disprove or prove Him, Science can never see God. Remember when Nietszche said that God is dead on 1883? After that, God said that Nietzche is dead in 1900 @Flutterspark, God would've just pressed the reset button on his creation, but He still loved it, that he decided to send His only Son to die on the cross so He would fix every last of our glitches. Jesus promised us the future patch of "paradise" (get the video game jargon?) which He offers without payment, as long as we install his Downloadable Content (meaning accepting him into our lives) @Earl, This really must be the most polite debate I ever saw on the whole Internet. Unlike some debates in which will end in "You're going to hell...", This debate is OK without attacking someone on their faith. Even if the earth did exist for billions of years, and even if evolution gets proven (they're both still theories), they will never ever disprove God. That's what I believe
  19. Yep, I can consider myself a nerd. Likes video games, likes computers, likes nerdy shows such as MLP:FIM, planning to be a computer scientist or programmer when I reach college.
  20. I believe that maturity is not measured by the shows you watch. Frankly, when I matured, I did so by not stopping what TV shows I like to watch. (I'm 14 yrs old this Thursday) 1. He accepts criticism gratefully, being honestly glad for an opportunity to improve. 2. He does not indulge in self-pity. He has begun to feel the laws of compensation operating in all life. 3. He does not expect special consideration from anyone. 4. He controls his temper. 5. He meets emergencies with poise. 6. His feelings are not easily hurt. 7. He accepts the responsibility of his own actions without trying to "alibi." 8. He has outgrown the "all or nothing" stage. He recognizes that no person or situation is wholly good or wholly bad, and he begins to appreciate the Golden Mean. 9. He is not impatient at reasonable delays. He has learned that he is not the arbiter of the universe and that he must often adjust himself to other people and their convenience. 10. He is a good loser. He can endure defeat and disappointment without whining or complaining. 11. He does not worry about things he cannot help. 12. He is not given to boasting or "showing off" in socially unacceptable ways. 13. He is honestly glad when others enjoy success or good fortune. He has outgrown envy and jealousy. 14. He is open-minded enough to listen thoughtfully to the opinions of others. 15. He is not a chronic "fault-finder." 16. He plans things in advance rather than trusting to the inspiration of the moment. (I got it from http://www.michaelppowers.com/path/mature.html) None on the list here says that you should stop watching the shows you like most if you turn 18, even if it's a cartoon. You CAN be mature, and be a brony at the same time.
  21. About the Christian part, I agree with you on that. I still wonder why some Christians think this is evil. Here's an example:
  22. Probably. Yes, this show is good and well-written, but without the brony musicians, bloggers and artists, I would probably never get hooked on MLP:FiM
  23. I kinda like the "sociopathic princess" Azula idea. And the author of that book even died trying to mention his name. Haven't I seen that before in older cartoons?
  24. I wholeheartedly agree with you. Some villains are laughably evil (read: Hades and King Candy), but this one proves how evil he is AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE. HE ATTEMPTED TO THROW QUASI DOWN THE WELL. In my opinion, he is the most evil Disney villain of all time. He is a self-righteous and fanatic and he believes that he isdoing this for God, genocidal sexual deviant. Top that, Joker, Lotso, and King Candy
