  1. Last movie I watched was probably the Peanuts Movie, which I've seen before so this was my second viewing. It's really adorable and very heartfelt and true to the source material. The characters look and sound great, the music is great, it's got plenty of lighthearted and cute humor, and lots and lots of Snoopy. I definitely give it a thumbs up. The last movie I saw in theaters was Zootopia. The movie just completely blew me away. I couldn't take my eyes off of it. It was tear-inducingly hilarious, had a charming cast of characters, a host of great messages, some absolutely stunning visuals, and tons of action as well as emotion. It was one of the very best animated films I've ever seen period.
  2. I do the absolute minimum with my hair - I brush it. That's it. I don't braid it or pull it up or do anything terribly exciting with it unless it's for work or exercise in which case I'll put it in a ponytail. But my hair is definitely not what I'd consider to be neat unless I'm intending to be out in public in which case I do try to brush it as neatly as I can, but it has a mind of its own and is full of static electricity sometimes so it tends to stick out and get wild all on its own so it behooves me to keep a brush with me wherever I go, and I do thankfully, but I'm sure it's messier than I'd like more often than not, but I don't think it's offensive looking or anything. It's medium length at most and pretty straight and simple when it cooperates.
  3. Card games, not so much. I might know how to play Go Fish and War. That's about it. But I love board games. I used to play kiddier games like Guess Who, Connect 4, and Battleship with my brothers growing up, and it's been somewhat a family tradition to play Aggravation whenever we have one of our big family get-togethers, and it's sadly not as common as it used to be, but that game was always a favorite of mine and is extremely precious to me because of all the fun memories we've had playing it. Some other family favorites include Taboo, Monopoly, Yahtzee, Cranium, Clue, Apples to Apples, Snakes and Ladders, Pachisi, Scrabble, and others I'm probably forgetting, but some of those are played with cards anyway so I'm not sure what they're considered to be.
  4. I used to be a total night owl who'd sleep during the day and be awake at night, but I found that to be a really disappointingly boring and lonely lifestyle, and with work and class and life in general happening during the day I've made it a habit to get up early, setting my alarm even on days that I don't work. I just think being up early gives me the opportunity for a more eventful day, because there's just a lot of outdoor things that aren't as possible or safe to do at night, so the more I can maximize my time in the daylight, the better and more productive and fulfilled I feel. The latest I might sleep in anymore would be 9:00 am but that's pretty rare.
  5. It tends to fluctuate. I try to at least get a good amount of walking in each day. It's hard to exercise after long work hours, and especially in this summer heat, but on a good week, I'll go to the gym 2-3 times for at least a solid hour, and I'll ride my bike 2-3 times a week too to get in some extra cardio. I don't exercise regularly per se, but I am doing my best to make it as much of a lifestyle as I can, and I'm certainly MUCH better than the couch potato I used to be.
  6. Non-denominational Christian. I grew up a Christian, and there were times when my faith grew shaky, but it's grown stronger now than ever before. I'm a Christian because I can feel a connection to God, I believe in the morals promoted in the Bible, and it gives me hope and faith. But beyond that I just think I've watched and read a lot of information and done so much research on the Bible, the past and present, the occult, and just the corruption in the world that goes on. I honestly think there's a ton of prophecies in the Bible that have already been fulfilled or are being fulfilled. It's not something that's easy to describe in just one short post, but being a Christian has given me strength and wisdom and peace.
  7. Female: Amy, Ashley, Cassandra, Crystal, Elizabeth, Emily, Jane (or Jan), Julia, Leah, Lucy, Lynn, Mabel (or May), Mina, Olivia, Sadie, Sheila Male: Adam, Ben, Daniel (Danny), David (Dave or Davey), James, Jerry, Leon (Lee or Leo), Oliver, Patrick, Roger, Steven, Thomas, Tony, Todd
  8. I once took a very very very tiny sip of wine. It didn't end well. It was so strong that I nearly gagged on it and I just cringed and wanted the aftertaste out of my mouth so badly... D: I've never had beer or anything other than some mildly alcoholic cider, which I did enjoy, but any other alcoholic drinks are just not for me.
  9. Probably not. Being a parent and raising children is probably the biggest responsibility of all time and it's one of the hardest things you can do. I absolutely would have no intention of bearing children unless I was emotionally, mentally, and financially ready and had a loving spouse I know would be ready and willing to work through it as a team, and I'm pretty far off from all of that. But I've just come to realize that, while I love most babies and small children, (teenagers not so much) I don't really like dedicating all of my time and resources to raising one or more. I'm also not terribly comfortable with the idea of pregnancy, so if I ever did change my mind about having kids, I'd probably be more inclined to adopt a baby in need instead of adding another mouth to feed in the world because I'm not terribly optimistic about the future. At this point in time, I'm saying no to having children.
  10. Applejack. Pinkie Pie even admits this in Applebuck Season, calling AJ, "The best baker ever!" Pinkie might be better at making flashier desserts in terms of presentation, but arguably so. Quality still goes to AJ.
  11. The obvious ones have already been said. The reptilian people ruling the world thing, the *insert famous dead person* is still alive theory, holocaust never happened theory, and the flat Earth theory. Also, the moon is a hologram theory (seriously) and the Jesus was an alien theory. I can't say that last one with a straight face. But the vast majority of the popular and widely debated conspiracy theories aren't even remotely crazy. Minds are like parachutes, they only work when they are open. All you need is research outside of mainstream media and an open mind that thinks critically and asks questions to see that there's far more to this world than meets the eye.
  12. No. Never. I like my privacy too much to have it invaded in any way. c:
  13. Happy birthday to you, Quirks! :D

      Thanks SugerCube :D

  14. Oh, you. I just had to say that word.... *facepalm*
  15. What a pleasant surprise. Lightwing pulled off a thread about me that had nothing to do with shipping. I really am not that interesting/noteworthy enough to have my own appreciation thread, or even my own happy birthday thread for that matter. But regardless, this was a very sweet thought Lighty, and I greatly appreciate all the kind comments here. You've all played a part in making my day awesome, so thank you so much!
  16. Hey, happy birthday! :D *hugs*

Why are you sad, Adam? I'm sorry to hear! D:

@Gambit: Oh IKR! Such a sweet and even somewhat sad ep! I cried inside when AJ and Pinkie were crying. My fave Pie sister is still Maud. She's a gem. :3

  18. Haven't seen today's episode yet, but being that it's about Applejack and Pinkie Pie, I'm really excited about it. How was it? :3

      Lightwing

      It has shipping/10

  19. Because @@Lightwing has an avvie of Rarity that's a similar piece by the same artist. And knowing there was an awesome Applejack equivalent prompted me to want to join his club, so to speak. x3 It's Applejack wielding a saber. She's wearing the outfit of Saber, from the anime series, Fate/Zero, which I have not seen. Love this piece though. -Saberjack by Ardail on Deviantart-

... The last time I had an anime AJ avvie, it was her in a Madoka Magica getup as you know, and I ended up loving that show. xD
