  1. @@TopQuark, @, fixed in post. Essentially it doesn't have to be obvious like in the pictures.
  2. Got an exam tomorrow .... And that's just the second of 4
  3. I haven't watched TV for years, everything I want is on the internet. Also because it's only crap on there now anyways. I believe it's going to disappear, but it will take a while because of elders. But we might see a increased in smart TV's, and no I don't mean the ones we have now. I mean actually smart TV which are basically PC's. Imagine a TV with a branch of Linux optimized for watching entertainment from sites like Youtube and Netflix. It would be a great place to get together, and easy for people to just buy and use, replacing the old TV. Yeah you could just connect a PC, but the market is controlled by lazy people, and a smart-PC-TV might be just the thing.
  4. What if anyone recreated an MLP episode as an anime? All characters made as humans, and the colors and general style would be normalized and look like a regular anime. However the story, plot and moral would still be in place. Everything would be identical in that regard. EDIT: The characters and setting doesn't have to reveal what it's based off. It could be different looking characters in a different looking town, but the morals and story would remain the same. Now, what if an anti-brony watched this and liked it, not knowing what it was based on. What would that mean? The sad thing is that I think more people would enjoy it, actually giving it a chance before dismissing it. What's your thoughts about this? A couple of pictures for inspiration
  5. Pearjack, Cornjack, Potatojack, Carrotjack, I don't know man...
  6. I was about to comment, but I found my comment here. LAN parties are definitely the place where skipping a few nights seems worthwhile. Until you fall asleep on your keyboard and your internal clock gets messed up, and the next few days you are unable to naturally tell what time it is.
  7. Today there is more music than ever before thanks to the internet. Only because there is a thick layer of crap on top, doesn't mean there is amazing things to be found out there. I'm assuming the biggest reason people miss older music is because of nostalgia or laziness to find new music hidden away at the corners of the internet.
  8. I'd love to replay the opening of The Last of Us again. For a whole game, it would probably be Portal. Or possibly Banjo-Kazooie, but that game I'll revisit soon anyways... But the game I wish I could replay for all eternity would be Journey.
  9. I am Pinkie Sparkle the Showy Manticore destined to Scold Apples! ....... I tried again and got Cranky Puddinghead the Baby Blank flank destined to Eat Equestria That's definitely the new fanfic
  10. Electronic music is putting it extremely broad... Why don't you use spotify? Random input, I just found this youtube channel, also on spotify, which has some amazing songs IMO. https://www.youtube.com/user/NoCopyrightSounds?&ab_channel=NoCopyrightSounds
  11. Well, cheesy as it sounds, why do you sing? Do you find it enjoyable? Does it make you feel alive? Do you need others to listen? Everyone can sing, and I do so myself. It's nice. But I don't listen to people just to listen to them, I listen to people with talent. Be it singing or whatever talent they are performing. Bottom line, no you don't seem to have talent, but if you truly enjoy singing, keep at it!
  12. "Haha, do they change the show into an action series with killing or something? And btw HOW DID YOU TRAVEL BACK IN TIME!?"
  13. I'm currently obsessed with this song. I got it on ListenOnRepeat, and I am currently at 208 repeats Seriously, I just came across it, and it's by far the best song in the fandom! (arguably a brony song, at least from a brony)
  14. Why did she rob a bank? The reason is probably connected to her cutiemark
  15. I have flown more times than I can count, I fly a lot. That's one of the reasons I bought the psb m4u 2's. Once you go noise cancelling, you don't go back
  16. Movies, sex ad and internet. Since as early as I remember. I guess I was fairly eased into it, which is the way I believe is the right way, no "the talk". But I have always found it funny with Americans and their relationship to this stuff, it's so uptight
  17. I tend to sing in front of my friends a lot. Coincidentally the same times I'm drinking alcohol.
  18. FNAF's 1 was very creative, had a great atmosphere and a thrilling story waiting to be unveiled. Yeah the jump scares got dull after a while, but the game also only lasted a while, so it was great. The rest of the games were more or less copies of the first, with slightly tweaked mechanics, so the originality argument vanishes more and more per title. The atmosphere was still the same, good but expected. The jump scares is where these games mostly failed. You got tired of them in the first game, now they just get routine. The last big reason people still played these games is to figure out the story, which was a good story hidden in an amazing way. It actually seems to be both overrated and underrated at the same time. People who play through the later games overrate them based on the story, and those who don't like the concept seems to bash it into the ground, ignoring any good thing it has going.
  19. This is the first CoD game I have been hyped for since MW2. It seems this game is actually bringing up a deep intellectual issue, going by the trailers. What is a human? How much augmentation should be allowed in sports? Should we genetically alter the DNA of humans? Will our own inventions be our doom? What is A.I. and should it be considered a person? Is it immoral to shut it down? They even seem to bring the church into all of this! Awesome! This game has incredibly much potential. I really hope they actually delve into these questions, and don't just use these themes to get people like me hyped.
  20. I support the idea that it's harder to extract, and also less powerful.
  21. This might lead to games being even more unfinished than ever. "Ahh, are we going to bother fixing this issue, when we could just leave it to the modders?" "Haha, no, why spend money fixing it, when we could instead MAKE money selling it as a mod/DLC!" Pessimistic? Yes. But I know for sure that I will never pay for a mod, so my modding career is over if this becomes standard. And I'm sure many other people think like me, and this will be a huge dent in the modding community.
  22. I think TotalBiscuit has the right idea about this, see video. tl;dr of the video. aka TotalBiscuit's opinions: Mods are work and though they aren't entitled to money, they sure deserve it. Steam basically don't put in any effort, yet still only give 25% to the mod creator. Somewhat abusing their dominant position in PC gaming. Ideally this would be a good idea, but it has very many pitfalls. His take on the subject currently is to replace the buy button with donate, and encourage voluntary donations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGKOiQGeO-k&ab_channel=TotalBiscuit,TheCynicalBrit Edit: wording
  23. I'm not sure I understand what you are getting at. Are you saying that the other elements are better at solving problems / conflicts? "I'm gonna generosity Tirek back where he came from!" "To be honest, we have slim chances of winning against Tirek" ... and so on, you see what I'm getting at. I don't see how any of the elements are directly helping. Only their deus ex machina capabilities when they are combined.
