  1. Sadly, I don't know of any good slippers that exist. I've seen some in several stores before, but they were obviously meant for toddlers. I'm sure they'll pop up someday, but for now it looks like you'll need to deal with normal slippers. Unless you have unusually small feet and can wear the toddler slippers.
  2. I've seen ponies at my local Walgreen's dozens of times. They also sell blind bags and Nurse Redheart brushables. On one occasion I saw a painting kit with Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie , along with a Rainbow Dash Christmas ornament.
  3. I'm pretty sure my grocery store still has them. I remember getting some several years ago.
  4. Although I'm one myself, most teenagers I know bother me quite a bit. Especially the loud ones who try to get away with everything, aren't appreciate, and just don't even try. Don't even get me started on the ones who complain all the time. But I know someone out there has bad things to say about me, too. I'm no better than the rest.
  5. I don't see why they shouldn't. It'd be a very nice nod to the origins of the franchise.
  6. I honestly don't see the problem with Flurry Heart. This isn't the first time we've had an OP character in the show. Celestia is OP. Luna is OP. Cadence is OP. Twilight is now OP... yet the new foal is at fault. Why? Because everyone is overreacting to her. She's only a baby, and everyone is already calling her a Mary-Sue... we won't know her flaws until she's older. For now, she'll just be a baby. And it's not like we even have a whole lot of information on Flurry yet. We haven't seen enough of her to judge her. I'm waiting to see the premier before I decide if I like her or not.
  7. First entry! First off, you can call me Parakeet. I'm a huge fan of Pony, and collecting toys is a hobby of mine. I've started seriously collecting ponies, and it's a blast! It's hard to believe that just two years ago, I had gotten a Rainbow Dash plush from Build-a-Bear. My first pony! Since then, I've been hooked. Here's a terrible photo of my collection as of 3/5/16. It's not big yet, but it's a start! As you can see, the majority of my collection is blind bag ponies. 31 to be exact! They're probably my favorites. Then I also have two brushables, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash. They're next to some of my custom ponies. Next off are the two fashion styles. Princess Cadence, who was bought at a Tuesday Morning store, and Pinkie Pie, who I bough at a flea market and fixed up. Some various McDonald's ponies are in front of them. To start the next shelf, I've got two Ty ponies: Fluttershy, who was bought at a Bucky's gas station, and Rarity, who I found at a Cracker Barrel. Between then is a Doctor Whooves plushie I bought at Hot Topic when I first began getting into Pony. Next to those guys is my Funko Twilight, who was another flea market find. She was still unopened, but her box was bent up and torn in some places. But she was only $7! In front of those guys are some McDonald's G3 ponies. I had these as a child, and after hardly any playtime with them, they're part of my collection. (I traded a Doctor Who cyberman figurine for that Starsong.) Next to the plushies are my two Generation 1 ponies. The first one is a childhood pony who I fixed up. The next one is yet another flea market find. Then I've got two more customs. Chat Noir and Luna, both made by me. Next to them is a McDonald's Fluttershy from this year. (Not pictured are Rainbow and Pinkie from the same set.) Aside from those, I've got Build-a-Bear Ponies as well! (Sorry, no pictures yet.) They include (In order of which I received): Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Luna, Shining Armor, and DJ Pon-3. Then around my room are posters from a poster book. Thanks for checking out my collection! I'd like suggestions from what I should add next! Which pony toys are your favorites?
  8. I'm really in the mood to add more ponies to my collection but I don't have the money.

  9. I've never seen Twilight as a Mary Sue. Just like every other pony, she has her flaws. I'm pretty sure in one episode she completely ignored Spike. Unless I'm wrong, Twilight does seem to be distracted a lot. She's been seen going too far to solve small problems, and has faced quite a few problems during the span of the series. No way is she a perfect character.
  10. I used to have the regular version of the game, but I switched to the Amazon Underground version as soon as it was available. It's much better in this version and I don't have to empty out my wallet for the smallest things. With the latest update, the regular version I still have on my phone had a deal. $20 for Gilda, plus some other stuff. And this was 60% off... the game is just begging for money at this point.
  11. I've been watching Miraculous Ladybug a lot during the hiatus. Other than that, I can't really think of any other shows that are currently keeping me entertained.
  12. The fact that I love being alone sometimes, and then sometimes I'll beg for attention. I also tend to avoid certain topics that create arguments, such as politics. Some of my friends even try to lure me into these arguments. I just like avoiding negative things. The fact that I love being alone sometimes, and then sometimes I'll beg for attention. 13. When I was younger, I tried eating a lot more after someone pointed out how skinny I was. Now it's sort of become the opposite... I've also grown to like new foods, and I've become disgusted by foods I used to enjoy. I now love nuts but hate sandwiches.
  14. Last week my Trixie button fell off of my jacket and my English teacher handed it back to me, and I felt really awkward.
  15. I got my Luna last summer, and I'm hoping I'll somehow get the money to buy the other two.
  16. The same lesson being used too many times in an episode gets in my nerves. Like, stating it once it good, but so many times in an episode is overkill.
  17. I have G1, G3, and G4 ponies all on the same shelf. I don't think it's wrong at all, probably because it just saved space. I don't have a whole lot of room in the first place.
  18. Just do what the tags say. If you're willing to risk the material getting ruined, then go ahead and machine wash it to get rid of bugs. But like others said, just stick it in the freezer.
  19. I have yet to be diagnosed, but multiple people have told me I show several signs of depression, or at least some sort of mood disorder. I'm not sure is misophonia counts, but I know for certain I struggle with that.
  20. I go to flea markets at least a couple of times a year and I tend to find a lot of pony stuff. I'll buy any pony as long as it can be repaired in some way. I even found a Funko Twilight Sparkle still in box. The box was beat up, but still unopened. Plus a G1, G3, and a Fashion Style Pinkie Pie. All have been repaired and are almost in perfect condition.
  21. When I went through the drive-thru, they asked if I wanted Transformers or Pony, not boy or girl.
  22. She looks amazing! Those toys have hair that is nearly impossible to deal with, so you did an amazing job on her!
  23. Don't we already see people being born into royalty? This isn't a new concept at all. Sure, when Disney does it, it's fine. We had Rapunzel born as a princess. Therefore, she was already at a high rank when she was born. Yet everyone is okay with it. Yet when a pony is born as a princess, everyone becomes outraged. Yes, the new foal is an alicorn? What were you expecting? In Greek mythology, when two gods have a child, that child is most likely a god, too. Look, another baby born into a higher rank. Even in myths this happens. So really, the new baby being an alicorn is perfectly fine. Other movies have done this, even myths. So why is it now such a huge problem?
  24. At first, I didn't like her backstory and character development, but after thinking it over for a while, I guess I have a theory of why her backstory is the way it is. She could possibly have a hard time dealing with certain things, or possibly not know how to deal with losses, such as losing her best friend. We've only seen four episodes with Starlight, and character development is most likely going to come in season 6. She might overreact to more things in the future. I just really see her as the kind of person to handle things wrongly and need some help with it. I mean, a lot of people are like that. Of course, I could be wrong. We'll just have to wait and see how she develops in the future.
  25. I actually love the new foal. I think she's adorable, especially with her large wings. Being an alicorn doesn't bother me one bit. I mean, in Greek mythology, there are many, many gods, and although some are minor, they're still very important. Celestia and Luna are obviously in the position of the most major gods, such as Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades, and Cadence, Twilight, and now Flurry heart play the role as the more minor gods, such as Dionysus and Hermes. So it really makes sense that there are multiple alicorns. The major ones and the minor ones.
