G5 card game reveals possible Elements for the Mane Five.
Stardust replied to CastletonSnob's topic in MLP Generation 5 (G5)
Hope sounds like a bit of a downer like.. hope is all I have kind of thing xD but makes sense given the state of the world described. Izzy has an element that I feel would have worked well for Rarity too, I mean I never got why she was generosity I often found her the opposite. But yea Izzy is the creative pony haha. I think overall from what I know from these characters so far they seem to fit well. I can see Hitch being kind. Pipp is into pop and social media so yea she would be confident and outgoing. And Zipp being the courageous one, kinda also reminds me of rainbow dash but I guess I can't not lol. -

I have an idea for an RP about a pony ninja school so wanted to see if this would interest someone. There are different sorts of moves and that depending on the pony. To generalise based on my idea so far.. Unicorns are usually best at magical type moves magical and planetary energy are often something they are good with. Some of them are also quite good creative thinkers. For pegasus ponies anything using flying and that. Wind and in some cases electric type or weather related powers and moves. Smoke and that. For earth ponies. Earth and grass type powers, nature and the land and quite good at physical moves martial arts. Many are also good with heavy tools. Starting within the school working with equipment and being taught theory. Then they progress to doing tasks in the outside world. And taking exams etc. It also depends on personality ofc (e.g. someone like pinky pie might use a lot of unusual tools for example or use surprise). Tools could be such as cloaks to hide with, objects to trip people up, throwing weapons, underwater breathing tools etc can be used. I haven't decided where this school should be located so open to suggestions. Some things may need to be planned in advance. Let me know if this may interest you and happy to make changes to it. I dunno but hopefully should be around aha. It is open to one or more.

Maybe if ur Gilda in that episode lol or well Gilda was annoyed generally at everyone xP One thing tho i feel like pinkie didn't get enough character development later on and sometimes just felt like there for mainly comic relief or just brushed away completely. I also found that cheesesandwich pony annoyin at times lol Generally tho pinkie is pretty cool.

g3/core 7 Why do so many people hate generation 3?
Stardust replied to chaosprincess's topic in Classic Generations
Eh even as a kid the one peek I got of G3 I was like why they make it so girly cuz the G2 toys ya know.. they had a bit more variation and colour were fun for me, the story here seemed simplistic with this show and I was kinda dissapointed. Its more like barbie or something but even barbie has more detail I think even if it shares that colour pallete. I'm kinda liking it more now when I look back there is some cool stuff in it. But still I feel they did make it too pink but not just that everything kinda just too much like giggly and a bit shallow in terms of story. The setting is a bit lacking in development too. I mean a bit of pink is nice but it felt forced idk like marketing type thing. If u look at g1 it has more of an adventure theme and more stuff going on I feel though I wouldn't say I found it that enjoyable either, g3 is easier to follow in someways. I know ppl who prefer the previous gens of mlp because the ones now don't look like horses anymore x3 or found bronies annoying.- 132 replies

Nah I think they look ugly mostly tbh and even the pretty artsy ones get ugly quickly not to mention the effects they have on the body. It's not like they have any functional purpose and worse cuz they are hard to remove like why not just get a pen and doodle on urself. But whatever someone else does with their body is their choice but I wouldn't get any myself, it kinda gives off this sort of energy I do not like as well as the gang association.

Do the past generations of MLP deserve all the hate?
Stardust replied to ManaMinori's topic in Classic Generations
Why would you hate it? Just dislike it a bit and move on lol. G3 imo looked overly pink and kinda cheesy as a cartoon tho. Some of the characters seem cute now looking back at it, and some of the characters played a part in making those in g4 as well as shared character actors. G2 was cool imo I don't think it sold well in America but in Europe and UK where I was it was all the rage with the kids at least the girls that is i.e. when I was that age. The pony toys had the brushable hair. One thing that was fun was putting shampoo on them lol. If you don't like toys though you probably won't enjoy g2. It didn't have a cartoon. And G1 was what started it and had a cartoon too. There are still selling G1 merch and playing into nostalgia so ofc it's important. There are memorable characters in it even though sometimes the ponies do seemed a little too similar. I posted on here b4 but here again ^^ -

Do you visit the forums to escape your life, or improve it?
Stardust replied to Splashee's topic in General Discussion
I dunno I feel very lonely and bored especially during the pandemic. But now especially I find myself wishing I had some proper friends sometimes I feel like very alone even when I do have a few people to talk to I guess. I went here cuz I got back into show and watched through and thought it could be dun. And fun to come here and see the creative things. Follow the news. Also just answer random questions and write thoughts. -

What do your parents think about you being a fan of MLP?
Stardust replied to Paleopony's topic in Sugarcube Corner
I dunno they know I like it a bit I guess since I drawn and made stuff I'm not like big into it like some ppl who are so it isn't a big thing plus i'm female so it's not so weird I guess. Though they probs be weirded out if I had much of the toys. A lot of it is kinda tacky anyway xP fan stuff is better mostly imo tho the small figurines can be good and cute or the comics or that. It's not really that weird really just a show. -
I can already see that this is going to be a problem
Stardust replied to ManaMinori's topic in MLP Generation 5 (G5)
Female power xD I mean Iove hitch tho they need more of him, he could at least be the Ken of Barbie or something xD They do that with boys toys too for paw patrol include all the boy dogs leave out skye even if they included all the others and the fact some boys do like her. A little bit more hitch would be cool but I guess they might be waiting to see. Yea Apple Jack was pretty much a back pony, I guess farm ponies were not seen as that relatable, I remember in the ideas for g5 they wanted something more urban to replace an apple jack type character role. I remember in the kinder eggs they only had flutter shy, rainbow dash, pinkie pie and twilight. The other two ponies did not exist here xp -

Did You Ever Watch Generation 1, 2, 3, or 3.5?
Stardust replied to best poni's topic in Classic Generations
I watched some of gen 1 and 3 more recently if that counts lol. I briefly saw gen3 when i was younger too but the show felt a little em too ya know typical girly kinda infantile vibes. Not saying its bad but it didnt appeal much and didnt have that sense of personality. But i think i enjoy it more now ironically lol. Well gen 2 didnt have a cartoon unless u mean pony tales or whatever its called lol. I loved then gen2 toys tho that was part of my childhood lol- 160 replies
