  1. She's a proud disciple of Stalliongrad leader Joseph Stallion. Long live the ponies revolution.
  2. I was. That was not collapse. That was more civil disorder. I'm talking contention to the point things are unlikely to ever recover. It's never been that bad. Some fandoms get to the point where all there is left to argue and be pessimistic as to how things can get worse.
  3. We've yet to collapse into an impossible state of civil war like Sonic fandom.
  4. Discord is the most questionably evil, even when he was a straight villain. It was in his nature to be chaotic so some of his his actions don't seem as defined by the bad decisions he makes. Chrysalis gets a fair share of defenders saying she only cares about the welfare of her hive. This is incorrect. The sadistic joy she gets from attacking Canterlot, using deception and covert warfare instead of negotiation for a food solution, exploiting Shining Armors feelings for his fiancé. She's evil, sorry. Sombra is classical tyrant. Enslaving your populace is classic totalitarian evil. Tirek is a barbarian. Compared to the other villains he's very hands on evil, just taking what he wants through violent force. I'd actually say the last three are all pretty evil but evil in very different ways.
  5. I look forward to the story of Mayor Marx there. But I'm kind of glad they didn't make the Smooze just a "giant blob rolls over everything" story. We already had our "Force of nature growing and spreading" story in the Season 4 premier. I'm still certain Smooze is gonna gunk up Equestria but in a refreshing way we haven't see a million times.
  6. She is such an awful pony. Personality wise at least. Would cuddle if she was better than Stalin... But she's not. Oh wait? No negativity? Uhhh.... I hope she learns her lesson and gets cuddle worthy
  7. If he wants a chance people need to drop comparisons to Ledger. We need to look at this Joker for what he is, and whether or not his interpretation stands on it's own. It is really unfair to decide "He can't be as good." Before we even know what they are going for. I'm hoping he's funnier. I wanna laugh and be scared this time... Not be constantly on the verge of soiling myself like Heath.

    movies/tv Azumanga Daioh

I get annoyed by all the otaku pandering "cute girls doing cute things" shows. Azumanga comes from a great time where slice of life wasn't mass produced. Everything about that show feels genuine, with next to no moé fanservice or fetishism.
  9. A little actually. They are the least feminine though. I would hardly consider either of them butch.
  10. A hippie but not an ideological one. There was some pretty angry opinionated hippies... That wouldn't be Fluttershy's style. She's more a peace with nature kind.
  11. While I like new villains in this universe I kind of feel they need to do more with the villains they have. I want another Chrysalis story before Grogar, unless Grogar can do something interesting that verifies his existence.
  12. Applejack - Fertilizer Rainbow Dash - Jock sweat Twilight Sparkle - Mothballs Fluttershy - Wet Dog Rarity - Ambergris Pinkie Pie - Black Licorice
  13. I want to see Gen5 a fusion of Gen1 and 4. Like an adventure serial with tons of bad guys and stakes, but up to the writing quality of 4. Less slice of life. Would be different but if written well could stand well on it's own as a pony series.
  14. Celeste is. Celestia I don't know. But I am confident Celeste is a woman's name.
  15. Imagine a Rob Liefeld-style 90s antihero. An overly muscular, hairy pony with a bandolier who kills bad guys... For friendship. Always scowling and acting cynical.
  16. Cathey Weseluck confirmed Tara Strongs pet. What happens at Bronycon... Stays at Bronycon.
  17. Red wine is REALLY good for slowing aging. Very rich in anti-oxidants. Great for the heart.
  18. Wonderbolts are a type of military. In Testing, Testing 123 they made it clear they were made during the Celestial/Lunar Rift. Whether or not they actually fought is unknown and will unlikely be explained. But the way they are organized, their titles, and being born during a time of conflict does certainly imply they are to be seen as some kind of military.
  19. We had a gelding who deliberately back his flank up to people, getting so close and just waited for us to give him a reason to kick. It's the horse equivalent of someone aiming a gun at your face to act tough. "I can kill you now in a second. Now what?"
  20. Fluttershy would get PTSD just from suggesting to her that she may have to kill another pony.
  21. I took care of them for a good chunk of my life. I have very mixed opinions on them. They can be real jerks. Like no respect for space, looking for reasons to kick and trample people bad.
  22. It's vague and they are unlikely to address it outright, aside from cartoon stuff like ghosts. The plane of existence where Twi ascended did have a very ethereal heaven-like quality too. I'm still curious where that was. Maybe it's better to be a mystery. Adds to it's appeal.
  23. My theory is they would do a line called "Warhorses" for boys and give them armor, jetpacks and artillery launchers strapped to their barrels.
  24. Uhh... Probably Grade 9 science and math. I was in special needs and our teacher was a bully. Got right in our faces with his coffee breath, laughed and mocked his students, made vague threats about telling the kids parents about our private conversations about personal troubles we're having, always with a big grin on his face. Awful teacher. Grade 8 Social Studies was bad because our teachers aide gave us lessons on how "Man never walked on the moon." He taught impressionable kids with mental problems conspiracy theories. How did the school not stop him?
  25. Maybe dinos evolved into dragons. Maybe there were like Proto-dragons that serve as the missing link between the two.
