  1. True actually. Engineer pony? In fact...Engineer from True Capitalist Radio I wonder? GREAT SCOTT SOMEONE PONIFY THIS NOW
  2. Oh, guys? I just noticed this: Seriously we need fan art of this BG pony ASAP.
  3. "Dear Princess Celestia, I wanted to share my thoughts with you. *Eh hem* I didn't learn ANYTHING! I was right all along!" Episode was worth that quote xD To be honest this episode wasn't memorable in that it wasn't very adventurous, didn't have much emotional impact, song was a little lame, and honestly it seemed a little crazy that everypony was so crazy over alcohol. Like I already knew Pinkie Pie would be addicted to several different substances at once (not all legal), but the ENTIRE of Ponyville crazy over cider? Fluttershy too? I always imaged Fluttershy as hitting the floor after a sip of lager, and I always assumed Rainbow Dash lived on a diet of pure protein shakes. And lol, Twilight drinking? Isn't she a bit...bookish for that? And Rarity is awfully classy for cider, I could understand her drinking (she does have mental breakdowns all the time after all) but I was thinking more along the lines of whiskey and wine. But it was a very funny episode, and Pinkie Pie cried. I always count that as a +1 since Pinkie crying is one of the few things that make me laugh and cry at the same time. At least now we know what Doctor Whooves does for a living xD
  4. Seen this, I lol'd at fluttershy. And how is this offending Canada? The question is even grammatically coherent, I wouldn't take it offensively. Sure, neighbouring country hate is completely natural. *Cough*BucktheFrench*cough*. Funny though how trolling True Capitalist Radio seems like an inherent part of brony culture sometimes. I mean... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MH7lXcUvgwY
  5. EVERYTHING BY PONIFIED I SAY Also...I found this today. Not really pony music, just a mash up but...jesus christ why does it go so well...
  6. If a mod finds this, they may delete it.
  7. Dramatic effect. It's a stage play. Lets be honest, if there was a play about the independence of say, the USA, do you think they'd use this, or use the modern one so it makes sense to the kids?
  8. Dreamland is an argonian. Confirmed. But seriously that's amazing. I wish it was accessible on the internet, too poor for iphones.
  9. I believe MLP's technology is more at the level of 17th to 19th century, so I imagine there would be basic guns (and possibly tanks); especially considering this is a world with magic. Why do the royal guard use spears then? Pffft, the Vatican Swiss Guard still use medieval weaponry. It's ceremonial. And how are guns used? Well er...ever read Fallout: Equestria? And also, ponies are always gripping things they shouldn't.
  10. I thought she'd sound more "blonde airhead" but sure, mentally impaired tomboy voice works too for her character xD But then again, a voice that dim does seem a bit over the top. I mean to quote Tropic Thunder...
  11. Pffft if anything Kids shows need to be MORE subtly offensive. It's all getting too tame. Besides, we've already had this argument about Rainbow's sexuality, it's kind of a matter of opinion...
  12. This was by far the best episode since MLP's return this January, and up there with the best in the whole damn series. I mean, FINALLY. A GOOD APPLEJACK EPISODE. A little ironic though, element of honesty...kinda lost some respect there. Always saw Applejack as the common sense one but er...I'm not sure now. But NO MATTER, MILD WEST EQUESTRIA IS BACK. And Rainbow Dash saying "They know what they signed up for" was lol. Seriously, it's like she's a lexicon of military reference. Sonic Rainnukes, speeding bullets, tanks...what shall she reference next? xD And of course, possessed Pinkie, was fanbuckingtastic. But lets be honest, it was Derpy getting named then speaking that made my week so much better. I bucking fan-squee'd so much when she got NAMED. When she spoke I nearly had a heart attack.
  13. I imagine I'd do well in the Canterlot Library. All them books I say.
  14. For the love of God, I wish people would stop doing this gender stereotyping. It's just so ridiculous. Sure, my friend who got be into MLP in the first place was a dirty-minded, womanising, stereotypical man; this show can get to anyone, masculine or feminine : P Though Rose, are you sure he was really aiming the argument at you? There's a difference between hating the game and hating the player. Though I've always found my closest friends are the ones who are part of/tolerate the brony fandom...
  15. PONIES VS. ZEBRAS/GRIFFINS/IBEX I SAY But I'm really interested to see where this is going, so please do this :3
  16. It's something newer writers tend to take up, makes it much easier to read in my opinion.
  17. dfzxk mn o,kas dfsasbhj Next Phrase: "I will love and tolerate the s**t out of you."
  18. I'm starting to realise that anything logical like spiked hooves or siege-saddles would be a little er...outside Skyrim canon. And those ponies with spears in Hearth's Warming Eve kinda prove they can use those. Swords in the mouth seems like a good idea as long as there is limited control with the hoof (as in, mouth is recommended but can be held with a hoof). But then there's the issue of bows. At this point, going all out mis-logical kinda makes sense for bows now. Or a better idea would be "only unicorns can use them." As for pegasi, I actually planned on them having wings as an additional weapon. Remember the two guards blocking Fluttershy's way to the party? The *shing!* off their hardening wings? That could be a vicious advantage.
  19. ...but I have encountered a serious issue. How the buck does a pony operate medieval weaponry? Now unicorns could just as well float melee weaponry around them, and use their magic to get arrows from their quiver and pull back strings on a bow. But well, I'm confused about the others. I'm not sure whether I should go realistic Fallout-Equestria-style and make them use melee weapons in their mouths. But this is cumbersome, and stops speech. And you can't operate a bow in your mouth. The alternative is them just using their hooves. In the show the hooves are manipulated in completely unrealistic ways anyway so it isn't like I'd be breaking canon. But at the same time I'm not sure I want to take the risk. Anyone know what I should do?
  20. I would reply to this thread but I'm too busy reading Fallout: Equestria in all it's forty-nine chapter glory.
