    Well I saw this topic on a different forum so I decided to bring it over here So yeah, is fanfiction a good substitute for reading books? Personally, I think that depending on the context and the way it's written, fanfiction actually makes quite good substitutes for books. I don't read as much as I used to, but I do pick up my kindle occasionally re-read The Hunger Games series cover to cover. Obviously reading a book on a screen could never compare to flicking the pages of a book.

    When I was watching the first pokemon movie and when Ash turned to stone literally broke my heart. seeing Pikachu cry pretty much made me really start the waterworks. Well, over MLP, I got really emotional over This Day Aria when I heard it first time around, probably because of the Disney-esque vibe the song gives off, it just brought back a ton of childhood memories.

    well, I don't even know really http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuYeHPFR3f0 I seriously don't know which song describes me, I thought about this a long time ago, I thought that my theme song was Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day because I was really depressed and didn't have many friends, but that was when I was in the 'emo' phase about a year ago.     I think your mentality and the way your brain picks up on things are a major factor on how intelligent a person is, I also think that your upbringing does have something to do with it as well, also the amount of attendance you had in school contributes also.

    Well, at this present moment it's just a big "meh", not happy nor happy, just roughly in the middle. But I have noticed since I started watching MLP, I've had a more positive attitude ^.^ EDIT: over a year later and I can say that I'm not really happy, since I started my GCSEs, my life has become mundane and empty, I literally have no time for things I enjoy anymore.

    I mean, I think her episodes are enjoyable but they aren't the best and aren't in my top 10 episodes list. I feel like they're fillers if anything.

    David Tennant and will always be David Tennant. Not like I don't like Christopher Eccelston or Matt Smith, it's just I loved the series' with David Tennant the best.

    Well, I think they're just saying that they care about them and the affected, nothing more and nothing less. Though, when people say "I will have them in my prayers" even though the person is not religious really annoys me, although I'm not religious myself.

    Hoenn because that was my generation of Pokemon games and anime, pokemon emerald was one of the first games that I had ever played :')

    kanto: Articuno johto: Lugia hoenn: Groundon (I remember catching him with only a great ball, the suspence at that moment was killing me) Sinnoh: Shaymin or Darkrai I got shaymin from a Diamond and Pearl event, was a pretty darn fun place I wish they'd remake emerald into a DS game like they have with Heart Gold and Soul Silver, it was one of the best and first games I had ever played.

    I don't dislike it, it's just my last name which is the real problem, it's so easy to make fun of and make nicknames out of. My first name is Caitlin, which is pretty normal

    I heard about this earlier. It's tragic really, and a real eye-opener for gun laws in America. It seems like any person over 18 can just get a gun licence over there. RIP to the children who died today, it's so sad to hear about something like this, especially this close to Christmas. I can't imagine what their families are going through right now.

    Who doesn't like the CMC episodes? The songs are pretty much amazing and the episode plots are always cute and feel-good and have a pretty good meaning behind them.

    (just noticed aha) Crystal Empire part one was a pretty good start to the season, though I still think that King Sombra just looked like a bad OC and didn't really have much character behind him.

    I think it's a pretty good season so far, but then again, we're half-way through and we don't know about the finale rumours and the Twilight alicorn speculation, so the finale for me has to be pretty darn good, it's going to be hard to beat This Day Aria, it never ever gets old :') Plus, this series has had a CMC ep AND a Scootaloo ep, which also confirmed that Scootalove is in fact canon. So pretty awesome series so far, the Rainbow Dash ep really wasn't a let down either

    Since we're half way through season three now, what's your favourite and least favourite episode and why? My personal favourite is One Bad Apple, it's the one which I've watched the most and Babs Seed is my favourite song of the season :') The Star Wars reference was pretty cool too. My least favourite is Magic Duel, I just think Trixie is one of the most overrated characters. Plus, I think Twilight's training could have been more detailed, it could have easily been a two-parter, with the amount of depth in the plot.

    I'm pretty much terrified of dogs, whenever I'm walking along the street and there is someone walking their dog, I literally will go to the other end of the street to avoid it.

    Blood on The Dance Floor and Black Veil Brides, seriously they are some of the worst and most overrated scene queen bands I have ever had the displeasure of listening to.
