You know, while I generally don't ship the Mane 6 with each other (aside from RariJack), I gotta say that Twilight & Rainbow Dash seem to have the most chemistry with each other, aside from the aforementioned Rarity & Applejack.  The Season 6 Episode, Top Bolt is what really made me consider this ship, what with how well they worked together...
