mine was actually "Pinkie Apple Pie" it was that because it was the first one i found on YouTube it must of been to most up-to-date when i was looking

I have seen a tiny little bit of G1 when I was a kid thanks to my pony crazy cousin but never got into it until after getting into G4 so I don't think I remember what the first G1 episode I saw was but I do remember the first G4 episode which was the Return of Harmony two parter. I just had to see if Discord was as awesome as my friend said and he sure was.

I know I saw an episode of one of the previous Gens first, but I can't for the life of me remember which one, so I'm not going to count it.

 

The first episode of G4 I ever saw was actually "Friendship is Magic Part One". That's right, very first episode. Now, I didn't see it when it premiered or anything like that. I was on another forum and there was a pony craze going on. The other members linked me to the episode because I got curious and I watched it. This was way back in 2011 if I'm not mistaken. I watched it and thought... that it was okay. I didn't become a Brony though. Either way, it was the first episode I ever saw.

I first watched Friendship is Magic (Part 1 & 2). I watched the first two episodes, because I wanted to watch every episode in order.   Since I wasn't a brony yet, I cringed through the first 5 minutes.
