I like average temperatures. My favorite temperatures are 15 ° C for sleeping. It's not too cold, so that I don't freeze and don't have to wear any clothes, but also not too hot, so that I don't sweat.

I generally prefer around 70F, though I hardly get that anymore, and hardly did to begin with because my grandma ALWAYS cranked the AC down to like 60 or so...

I prefer 15C-20C for room temperature, it gives me the ability to sleep under blankets without getting too sweaty.  I also would be able to crack open my windows and get some fresh air.

I like an average room temperature. I like heat in general but not in the house. At night I actually like it a little cooler because its cozy to snuggle into my blankets when it's just a tad cold.

I prefer the cooler side for my room. It gives me better sleep and I actually fall asleep easier. Unfortunately, it's warm in the summertime so I run three fans to cool the room enough to sleep properly.

It just needs to be cool for me. If it's too hot or too cold I get uncomfortable and can't sleep at all. So I guess maybe room temperature...74 is a comfortable temperature for me.
