I enjoy some let's play channels like:

ProJared Plays

The Super Gaming Bros.

But, other than that I don't really watch let's plays that much.

Not even remotely. I will always, without exception, prefer to play a game for myself than watch someone else play it. People don't play like I would and they don't think like I would. There is no value in watching other people play games for me. Always the player, never the viewer.

Depends on the player, if they aren't trying too hard to be funny, then I enjoy. That pretty much means only one channel: Achievement Hunter.

Only if they're games I like. I have dabbled with doing Let's Plays but I don't have the recording material. I have a friend who does them, though.

This depends on the person of course. The way I see it, if the person playing the game seems like a good friend to hang out with, then they are enjoyable to watch or listen to. This is why I don't like Markiplier or PewDiePie or anyone like them.

 

Ones that actually enjoy the game or provide legit criticism if they don't, that is another good aspect. Rather then just playing a game purely for hits and over reactions.

 

Quite a few of the huge Let's Players are just in it for the money, it is obvious. If you have a massive fanbase and get a lot of views, you can make a ton of money. There quite a few LPers that are just obnoxious anyways.

Also... Pewdiepie does LPs? Never knew that. Doesn't change anything, but... wow. 

 

I've tried to do it myself. But, life kinda slapped my brain stem and said "nope" in a deep, engineery voice. I still try occasionally since I got a fair chunk through, but updates are very slow.

If it's a game I've never played before then I enjoy watching other people play. But once I have the game myself, I find I can't stand other people's let's plays. I'm kind of OCD when it comes to video games, so when I see people make mistakes or do things I wouldn't do it really bugs me lol

I enjoy watching let's plays cause i usually end up raging at most games I get and never playing them again or not for long periods of time. Even if they are bad at the game I still enjoy it cause they make it entertaining. I won't say who though lol my tastes are a bit on the other side of most folks.

 

It's neat to watch a group play too XD but i don't like being in co-op games and especially competitive cause I'm always just baggage or something.

Yeah, I like to watch Let's Plays sometimes. When I do though, it's because I want to see gameplay of that specific game, not because I watch all the videos of the let's player(s) themselves. I don't have a Wii U so most LPs I watch are of Wii U games

Two Best Sisters Play by 2Snacks is awesome. But I should warn you there is a lot of coarse language. I just wished he uploaded videos more than twice a year.
