Music....quite a weird topic for me to talk about. I don't like most mainstream music that's played, I prefer classics (and actual classical music ) But here's something I can talk about, SONGS THAT ANNOY THE CRAP OUT OF ME!

And many more So how about you guys? What songs personally annoy you?

^Those four that I changed to black. Not a fan of those. I didn't used to hate that song by One Direction until I realized: The lyrics say the reason the girl is beautiful is because she doesn't know it. So what, then? If a girl knows she's beautiful, she suddenly isn't? Terrible message. Truly terrible.

 

It's ridiculous how awful modern songs are these days.

• Any Christmas song but "Last Christmas" really takes the fruitcake. Also, how are you still alive?
• "Shake It Off" - Taylor Swift. Worst song of 2014 in my opinion.
• "What Makes You Beautiful" - One Direction. So ignorance makes you beautiful? That's a great message you got there...
• "Baby" - Justin Bieber. Enough said.
• Lorde's cover of "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." See Ghostie's post.
• "I Will Always Love You" - Whitney Houston. More like I will always hate this song. So damn oversung!
• "My Heart Will Go On" - Celine Dion. The song from my least favorite movie of all time, Titanic.

In fact, I'm planning on making a song called "Generic Mainstream Pop Song" just to mock them and show how similar every song is.

Stop telling me to:

- put my hands up in the air

- get on the dance floor

- tell the DJ to make the music louder

- dance like there's no tomorrow

- etc

 

And in agreement with @theanimationfanatic on the first page, Turn Down For What makes me want to throw a refrigerator out the window in the hopes that it would land on somebody who happens to be singing/playing the song.

For a serious answer? ...Iunno, most stuff on the (mainstream?)radio I don't find annoying, per se, (at least initially,) but a majority of those songs do tend to get irritating after a while. (They're more boring than annoying, really.)

I was never too keen on that "I'm an Albatraoz" song, it just annoyed me that they can't pronounce albatross properly.

...That was until I figured out it was the name of the band of course! 

 

Also, I'm not at all fond of the Wiggle Wiggle song.
