Favorite Species of Pony and Why?

I would like to be a unicorn, because to use magic seems a lot more practical in a ponylife than with your hooves or teeth.

 

Every pony is magical in some way, but unicorn magic is just the most apparent and obvious version of it. It takes a bit of magic (or at least hollow bones, hooves that somehow act against water particles, and a strong degree of thrust and lift) for pegasi to fly and walk on clouds, and even Earth ponies are believed to actually have something that makes the land grow such marvelous apples and whatnot.

 

Oh yeah that is certainly true. But I feel bad for ponies like Cheerilee, i'm assuming she has to hold the chalk in her mouth. I'm sure that doesn't have a very pleasent taste lol.

 

At least chalk probably wouldn't dissolve in saliva. (Chemistry tidbit: blackboard chalk is usually made out of calcium sulfate, which is insoluble in water, which saliva mostly is.) Funny we've never actually seen Cheerilee use chalk... I think that to get around it they put chalk on some stick of wood and the pony handles it by the stick. Would see fairly unstable, but if Apple Bloom can write by holding a pencil by her mouth at the very opposite end of the lead I'm sure they've got the skill to write in a more horizontal manner.

Unicorn? na'h, most unicorns seem pretty much like Twi or Rarity, I rather live lazily, sleep in clouds, prank ponies, and stay airborne, so pegasus for me :3

Flying would be the most amazing thing. It would be the best choice for me.

Definitively Unicorn! I´m too afraid of heights to be a Pegasus and too lazy (and horrible with plants) to be an earth pony. I´m more of a reserved, bookish kind of guy, which would fit the average unicorn´s nature.

Pegasis, not only do you have the ability to walk! (ik amazing isin't it!!) but you also have wings to fly, so you can do both, when you get bored of walking you can fly.

I would be an earth pony because they have more knowledge and skill at the things I like such as engineering and inventing and building things then either pegasi or unicorns, however Pinkie Pie being best pony may factor in this ;P

Going with which fits my personality better, I'd still say pegasus. I always love to be as high as possible (I climb on trees, on the roof and I love to be high in the air). I would LOVE to fly.

Pegasus. I've always loved the concept of flight and I get excited whenever I hear news that I'm going to go on a plane -just- so I can stare out the window and feel the turbulence in clouds and the take-off force.

Unicorn, cause i can use my awesome telekenisis, to do so many things without having 2 move all lazy people should pick unicorns. but my next choice would've been an alicorn if tht were an option. But next up i'd like to be a pegasus, because if i practiced enough, i might be able to pull of a sonic rainboom! Or join the wonderbolts.... For an alicorn,( i use both awesome abillities!! flying and magic!!) my cutie mark would be, a volcano erupting. For a Unicorn it would be a rainbow star with sparkles in a black backround.For a Pegasus, it would be, a green and red-ish orange swirl, tht swirled whenever i flew. I wish tht the mane 6 came from Ponyville, to come and say 2 me tht all villians were joined up to defeat them. And only i could help by going onto doll divine, and creating what i'd want myself to look like, and turning into it. then i'd go with them, and we discover a new element which i unlocked,( cant think of one right now) and without me they wouldnt've been able to defeat the villians. tht would be an awesome episode!!!!! but instead of all me, just imagine tht it happened 2 u!!!!!!!!!! :D

They have a magical "Green Thumb" that allows them the ability to help plants grow. They are strong and sturdy, yet sometimes stubborn. They represent the physical aspect of nature, and the body. They are bound to Earth and Life.

 

Pegasai: Descendents of a proud warrior race. While Earth Ponies shape nature, Pegasai are a force of nature themselves. They control water in the air, and use air to get around through flight. While Earth ponies represent the body, Pegasai represent the heart. They are very passionate, with strong wills and emotions. They are bound to Air and Water.

 

Unicorns: Descendents of aristocrats, they are bound to magic itself. They represent the mind. Intellectuals, they have mastered the manipulation of energy itself through magic. Cautious and calculating, they thing before they act. They are bound to Energy.

 

I think I fit into the Pegasus category. I am very passionate (yet sensitive).

This is the way I see it also. I'm sure I would fit into the unicorn category. I definitely wouldn't fit into the earth pony category.

Unicorn. I am not that very athletic and can sometimes be lazy. Plus, I'm book smart and have always enjoyed the thought of messing with the laws of nature and physics.

Unicorn. Primarily for the TK, the most useful and versatile of pony powers. Magic just makes in complete. Not every unicorn is a Twilight Sparkle. Most just have a unique magic talent. Even a simple talent would be cool, like Rarity's gem finding talent.

 

The combination of magic and TK is dramatic to say the least. I would have the most fun as a unicorn.

Besides the Earth Ponies need someone to boss them around...Just kidding
