First of all, i absolutely hate pepperoni. Never have liked it either. My favorite topping is typically pork sausage and bacon. I also love ham and pineapple on my pizza.

I love absolutely everything on a pizza, especially if it's something unusual like eggs or artichokes or the like. One of my favorite basic combos is sausage, onions and green bell peppers. There's something about it that just makes the taste buds sing. And don't spare the anchovies either.

Most toppings on pizza are OK with me.

 

I won't eat Anchovies or ground-up spinach

I also don't really like pineapple on pizza or too much extra cheese, but I'll tolerate it if i'm hungry.

The only, well, usual pozza toppings I don't like are anchovies. Though I really like my sausage (I'm sick). 

I don't know what my favorite topping combo is specifically, but I really like Meat Lover pizzas.
