Annnnnnnnnnnnnd my new OC! She's part of a closed species (I managed to grab an adopt) called Ninfas! They are little nature spirits basically. They are twice the size of Breezies, still small in comparison to a normal pony (Teeny tiny to my Cryssi beb)

 

I named her Amber after the beautiful result of a fossilized tree resin.

Ninfas don't get cutiemarks, that is a symbol indicating what type of ninfa she is.

There are magic Ninfas, water Ninfas and Air Ninfas. I think you can guess which one Amber is XD

Looks like I have another artist that I'll have to keep an eye on DA now (surprisingly enough, I wasn't aware you were watching me on there until now XD Thank you most sincerely, by the way!).  I have to say that your work is quite lovely, from what I've seen so far, with your OCs being well thought out and simply adorable.  Then there's your traditional works, which I'm always a sucker for, which are nicely detailed, with my favorites being 'Sleep Tight Little Snowflake' and 'Slightly Confused.'

 

I really wish I had more to say, even something constructive, but my mind is drawing a blank at the moment.  Either way, keep up the lovely work and I cannot wait to see more.  Take care!

Just a little turn to a little bit of a saddening story.

I recently heard that a wonderful brony artist by the name of iRaincloud passed away on October the 20th.

 

I loved her art style, and judging by the one time I spoke to her, (She adopted both of the deer ponies I made early on) she seemed like a pleasant, fine and kind person to be around.

 

So I felt I had to do something to.. show my respects. 

I drew her ponysona, Crescent Hue as a little gift, I hope you like it <3

 

 

 

Her boyfriend posted the sad news to her tumblr page, which I'll link below.

Wow, that's really sad to read. I didn't know her and after I saw her art, it's sadly that I didn't know her because her art is amazing. It's hard when a person dies so unexpected, especially when the person is so young. The picture is wonderful and full of emotion, a really nice work.

But no, the adoptables I just love.  They're a nice little deviation from traditional pony styles, and I think I said it before but you seem to do well by taking ponies and adding flare to them in a great-looking way.

Mint's picture is just adorable too. Thoughts on the wings... I like the feather count first off, and how you did it, it seems to match the mostly-MLP style pretty well, but adds a little more detailed feel. I think either way is a good approach for you given your style, but experimentation is great.  Only possible negative for me is the directionality of the first and second feather layer seems a little too differing in some places.
