Oh, tough question. While I can't say for sure my favorite role of hers, I gotta give top tier to anything she's done where she's played two or more main characters. Like Toot and Clara in Drawn Together. While I didn't like the show itself all that much, I give props to Tara Strong for being able to basically go from Twilight voice to Timmy voice very suddenly, sometimes within the same breath.
