What are you going to do on the day MLP G4 ends?

Well, by the time FiM ends, there'll be even more great shows to watch and talk about. So I'd probably still remain a fan, but watch other shows regularly. After all, no fandom truly dies.

Nah jk, but for serial, I will probably feel the same level of sadness as I did when I saw the ending to the final episode of 'Phineas and Ferb', go to bed later that night, squeeze the life outta my Fluttershy plushie, and forget my troubles when I wake up and completely forget about the show, as I always do for some unknown reason, and feel bad later on down the road of life for forgetting what this show has done for me.

I'd be sad given  i like the show but I'm use to it with anime/manga.   I'd still hang around and still wait for Gen 5 in hope they keep on good terms as they did in Gen 4.

Rewatch all the episodes, spend a lot of time on the forums, cry a bit, listen to fan music. Fortunately, I'm in a lot of fandoms in which the source material has ended, so I'll just do what I always do - continue loving it and dedicating time to it.

I'd be a little sad, because it's probably going to have an ending with flashbacks of all the good times this show has had. Once I see that in movies or cartoons that I like, then I immidiatly start crying. 

 

I'll then focus on G5 and probably get all of G4 on DVD.

I won't be very happy about it, but I will just keep living. I'll strive to become a better Pokémon fan and Pokémon will soon replace my MLP fanworks and thoughts and I will probably forget about this place in twenty years. All I'll remember is Pokémon.

I'd reflect on how much the show meant to me and continue watching reruns. I doubt the fandom will die with it. After all, many people have put so much time into fan made content.
