This might seem like a personal bias, but Pinkie's. I love the way her mane is done. It's kind of like if her Rainbow Rocks outfit was crossed with those cute girls serving food at a roller skating rink.

Pinkie's and Applejack's tie in a close second though. Applejack was a lot cuter than I expected in that lion outfit. :3
