Here is an update on my goal to start Lucid Dreaming.  Yesterday I was reading a section in my book about dream journaling.  Last night, I dreamed that I woke up and started recording on my digital voice recorder about happened in my first dream.  So I am beginning to have influence over what I dream.  A good start, I would say.

yeah, one time I dreamed that I was in a full orchestra performance at my school (even though I dropped band last year)  And so we are playing some song that sounded cool (tha'ts all I remember about it) and then suddenly I look to my right and one of the Cello players has turned into Octavia.  I then look out to the crowd and everyone in the crowd has turned into some character or background character from MLP.  but sadly, on the final note of the song, I woke up.

My dreams are infuriatingly mundane.  I never get to see cartoon characters, or have special abilities, or visit fantastic worlds.  It is all just regular real-world stuff.  Instead of getting super powers, I sometimes have dreams where I am pretending that I have a special ability and other people are going along with it.  For example, I recall dreaming that I was pretending to be invisible and everyone around me was acting as if they could not see me.  It is both amusing and irritating.  ANYTHING is possible in a dream, and I don't get to do squat.

Well, i have only had 2 pony dreams.

 

The first dream was the one that converted me into a brony.

All i remember is Rainbow Dash crashing into me in some courtyard.

 

And the second one i had last night.

I was lying in my moms room on her bed with my cat, then there was some sort of earthquake and i was getting lifted into some portal into the sky which was a portal to Equestria.

But right when i went into the portal , i woke up. If only it was real...

I've had 3 distinct pony dreams that I can remember.

 

The first had me arguing with some elderly pony stallion about how rubbish hybrid cars were, and I even managed to make up lyrics to the tune of Gotye 'Somebody that I used to know'. I can remember, "It takes about half a year, to pull away from in the clear! You didn't have to move so slow!"

 

The second was before season 3, and I dreamed that I was watching a new episode, and Pinkie began dancing around saying that her and Big Mac were having a baby, all while the other 5 just stood, gawping in surprise.

 

The third also played out like an episode, this time similar to Magical Mystery Cure, except that instead of switching destinies, they swapped life-long dreams. This resulted in Applejack getting paddled by a dominatrix mare because that was Rainbow's ultimate fantasy. In the end, Twilight couldn't find a solution and just told everyone to 'get over it'. No, this is not a joke.

I never see any ponies in my dreams . I hardly ever dream then again to be honest, so thats not saying much.

 

I'm still kinda sad I never do, maybe someday I will :/.

I had a dream about Fluttershy once.

 

And to just sum up the ambience in my dream, I was in her shed. I was in the forest when I came into this cabin to see if there were any balloons anywhere, because for some freaking reason I had this sudden urge to collect baloons and to look through the whole forest. As you can see, my dreams are far from realistic. Anyway as soon as I came in the shed, Fluttershed jumped out of nowhere and I suffered the same fate as Rainbow Dash.

 

Other than that, no.

Well I actually had a crossover dream of gears of war and ponies all I could remember though was twilight lifting a boomer of the ground turning him upside down and smashing his head in the ground. I also had a fight with sombra the night before season 3 premiere. But those are those are the only ones I remember.

I've had two pony dreams.

 

1. Right before Magical Mystery Cure, I had a dream about Alicorn Twilight flying! I know it sounds like I'm making it up but I'm not.

 

2. I was in the Everfree Forest, and Pinkie showed up. Then Fluttershy. And they started running and I ran with them and transformed into a pony myself. It was an awesome dream!

This one time I had a dream that there was a flood in my city and I was trying to climb this cliff to get away from it. Then I slip and as I'm about to fall Fluttershy catches me on her back! It was so cool! Then Rainbow Dash joined and we went off to save my friends.

I've had two. One involved watching an episode, no ponies in the dream's real life, but the episode was awesome. It was a Doctor Whooves episode, and they must have made some sort of deal with BBC, because it was pretty much a crossover. It actually started as a Doctor Who episode, only it was a cartoon. I didn't get the chance to finish the episode because I woke up, but I know that the Doctor was going to regenerate into a pony at some point. I was watching it on Netflix.

The other one was just a few nights ago, and it took me just about all day to remember it all the way. I was at some sort of party. It might have been at my grandparents' house. Anyway, while wandering around the party, I discovered that Vinyl Scratch was there. This was about as normal as it would be in real life- everyone at the party was human- so I freaked out when I saw her, but in an excited way, since she's awesome but I didn't know she was real. I shouted "VINYL SCRATCH!" and ran over her and tried to hug her. I can't remember if I succeeded. The rest of the dream involved me looking for her throughout the party. She kept showing up in different places, and I kept trying to hug her. I think she was slightly annoyed at my fangirling all over her. It was a pretty cool dream.

OH WAIT! I remember one not-so-naughty dream where I was friends with Pinkie Pie all day. That dream pretty cool.  

 

But I kinda had a headache afterwards.

Twice. Both were cameo appearances.

 

The first happened in typical dreamlike fashion. I was in one place and suddenly found myself in another with no explanation. Of course, I didn't question it. You never do question those weird things that happen in dreams. So I was going about my business and eventually found myself at Twilight's place, and Rainbow Dash was just hanging out there. After looking around briefly, Twilight reminded me that I was running late for something. I thanked her for the reminder and in a panic I climbed out a window. Then I was somewhere completely different and had forgotten all about the experience.

 

The second dream happened only a night or two ago. I was in a room doing something I can't recall, and in walk Twilight and Celestia. Twilight needed to get into the next room but the door was locked. I just happened to have the key along with a half dozen or so others, with no idea which key was the right one. Rather than trying to figure it out, I gave her my whole key ring and she eventually figured it out for herself. Then... I was somewhere else.

I only ever really remember my dreams when I get woken suddenly, which makes perfect sense. So I usually don't remember dreams on the weekends, when I think about ponies the most. Also my mind works in kind of a wierd way. I always control myself whenever someone is near as if they are monitoring my thoughts. I'd change my mind to think about something else like or nothing specific at all. It's strange, I obviously know they can't, and yet i do this anyways. So thats the main reason I don't dream of ponies very often (very rarely).

I do remember one or two instances where ponies appeared in my dreams vaguely. I don't remember anything happening, they were just images that came by quickly. I only recall seeing Twilight and Rarity, and probably Pinkie Pie.

Last night I had one with Scootaloo in her talent show costume. I can't remember what happened in it though... lol.XD

One night I had one with all the Mane 6 in it. I was just talking to them, having a normal conversation (which I guess is kinda weird), but then my toy poodle came into the dream and started licking us. And then I woke up to see him licking my face.

Once, I was playing a duet with Octavia. <3 (I play violin, by the way.)

 

Another time, I got trapped at the Rainbow Factory. </3

 

A third time, I failed my flight test. :U

Yes, there was a pony in my dream last night (Well a few ponies.)

 

So let me explain.

 

 I had a dream that I needed to go to Australia to save it from self-aware helicopters. So I tried to find a plane but there were none, so I ended up shooting myself out of a canon to get to Australia. Once I had done that I landed in a pile of baseball bats, and I saw Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy fighting a helicopter.
