For most profiles on these forums, we can see who last visited the page. This includes all members and admins. So, does anybody else happen to get a little nervous/curious when they see an administrator looking at their profile?

If you get visited by a member of the staff, it either means:

• You are banned
• You are going to be warned
• You are going to be PMed because something

Or, the least possible of them all:

• Nothing bad. I just enjoy looking at profiles.

How can you know which one is the correct though? You will never know!

 

 

 

Really though? 90% of the time you have done nothing bad. Normal Members visit each other most of the time, so i bet thay we can do it too, right? d:

If I've clicked your profile, it generally means I'm on mobile and accidentally tapped your name while trying to scroll through status updates or something like that . I know how antsy and paranoid a flock of mods visiting a profile can be, having experienced it myself, so I've done my best to limit my profile stalking in recent months. Unfortunately, I also happen to still be pretty klutzy when it comes to mobile browsing .

Personally, the only reason I visit anyone's profile is to ban them, and not because I'm curious.

 

 

Seriously though, I'm set to private, so you won't actually see me show up on your last five either way. Simply put, don't do anything against the rules, and there's no reason to worry if you have a staff member on your profile

Other than Jeric, Nebula Wolf, and JonasDarkMane, I can't tell whether an arbitrary member is staff anyway. But personally, I don't worry about it.

 

Edit: O. Hypnosparkle is staff also. I didn't realize that/forgot about that.

To be honest, I don't really even know who the admins and mods are to begin with, so it's not like I'd notice it was them visiting unless there's some indication like a different colored/bolded username or something?

 

Besides, I realize that sometimes people accidentally click on profiles when trying to clicking to go to the most recent post of a topic. I do that all of the time. No need to be so paranoid. lol

Instead of what you're describing, I feel, ''Cool. A staff member of one of the most famous brony sites ever knows me. I deserve a cookie.'', but I only not feel like that for profile views. Whenever I get a message notification or seeing one of my notifications says ''So and so has mentioned you in a recent post'' Makes me think I've been warned for a post or topic I've made and I'm always saying ''Uh oh, did I get banned?'' on the inside even though I don't think I post anything bad.
