I like all the generations of mlp, and really would like to do cross generation content, along with something unique and original for the fandom to really make my mark, and these two elements feel like it makes me an oddball in this fandom. Though my situation was completely different because for 2 years I was the kind of brony who watched the show but didn't really do much with the community. A vast majority of the fandom despises previous generations of the show. So it is odd that you love them. There is nothing wrong with that, but it is odd. I assume that I watch a show about friendship and that I would be knowledgeable in all sorts or friend related things but I have only been terrible instead. Actually you are only a misfit as you don't like MLP, I think. If I don't understand something or Interpret it wrong, I'm dutch. Sometimes I gamble for meanings of the words. There's very little, if anything at all, about the past gens that would intrigue older adults into watching it, save for maybe nostalgia. I'm 13, which isn't too young, but I still feel at times I'm the youngest one here, trying to be on par with bronies and pegasisters older than me. I might go to BronyCon this year, and I'm afraid I'll get lost in a sea of fans much older than me. But in general, I would say fandoms are where I feel most at home.
