Honestly dude, I am wanting out of the class because the game is quite literally moving on without us and You are NOT posting. Please end the class already. It's not fun, I'm not enjoying it, I want to actually engage in the rp and not have to wait for a class where my character is literally learning NO magic at all. I get why it's there on paper, I really REALLY do, but in execution you're holding me back from actually playing in the rp at this point. That is not fair to me. If you were posting more regularly this wouldn't be AS bad but waiting and waiting for a class where my character just isn't developing at all is agonizing. Please let my character go. I'd rather not just ask for a forced time skip to get out of it.

Hey easy. It's only been six posts since you replied. I wouldn't call that moving on. 

But if it'll make everpony happy, I'll arrange for a megapost having Miko get the class to the activity and the crux of her lesson for the day.

And again, I get why the class is there in theory, it's a neat idea. but it's like being at hogwarts and your stuck in Muggle Studies for days on end. Beeaaatch I wanna learn Windgardium Leviosa already! lol

Nah, never consider my complaining as some kind of rush. I'm the expert in delaying here when it comes to life taking priority, so yeah.

...I will have Ley task Ghalan with that, somewhat. I guess once he escorts him to Wave, since he already knows where Wave is (unknowingly to Ley but she doesn't care) I can have Ira pick him up for convo or doing something, so you don't have to jump between same people awkwardly! :)

 

Wrapping this in words not to have Lucius hate her for that will be challenging, but I already have an idea on how to do it, heh.

He's got a point there. It's been established IC (albeit by broad implication) that pretty much every teacher on campus knows how to read auras, so Lucius coming in without aura augmentation spells pre-equipped implies underpreparation on his part. Is he simply that cocky, did he forget, or is it something else again? :o

@Duality @dragon4111 I think we do need to end up having a talk about Ghalan's power level here, not just in combat but in general. If he's going to be able to immediately tell if someone is a spy and is an amazing super special awesome Sherlock Holmes level detective on TOP of being what I'd consider to be the most lethally powerful character in the game; then I'm going to have to ask for some moderation here. We're bordering on him just using OOC knowledge at this point. Being Suspicious of a character is one thing, IMMEDIATELY being able to discern if he is lying and cutting off Skylord's ability to role-play as a secret agent is bad.

I'm liking the idea of Druantia needing to see the spell in action in order to learn how to cast it. She's studied runes and such in the past but she could never really get them to work before now. However the more she's exposed to types of magics that actually work and that fit into things she's already learned, the more likely it will be that she can pick it up. I'm definitely liking the idea that this spell that @Denim&Venom 's character inadvertently taught her could be used in all manners of ways.

I'm holding up dragon and Nexus, but it's because I didn't have a single damn shift that would repeat itself. My work week is literally different work shift every day and it's friggin' mentally exhausting to no limit.

I'll see if I'll scramble anything any sooner but unfortunately this week is a nightmare for me and I've said it before.

@Zkrahs Yek is waiting on me, and I'm waiting on the weekend. Deadlifting five meters of steel bar out of the ground as a full-time job isn't particularly kind on my energy levels (although, I must say, it's doing my muscles a treat). :mlp_please:
