I had some more chicken tonight.

 

I marinated some chicken breasts in a marinade from some soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic with a sliced white onion in it.

 

Served it up with rice and more asparagus cooked in the garlic butter with herbs.

Yesterday 

A Mediterranean vegetable thing, at The Fish at Wixford (mostly fried courgettes, sun dried beef tomato and new potatoes, in olive oil).

 

Last night, Ham egg and chips (no photo).

This morning, eggs Benedict followed by toast. No I didn't make it (The Pear Tree Inn at Worcester).

I haven't eaten so we'll in so long that this is like it came from the heavens.

I made sesame seitan today!  I basically made my seitan as usual and I took a sesame chicken sauce recipe and used it with seitan instead.  It was really good and I'm mentally fighting myself from eating the rest of the leftovers right now lol...  I had sesame seitan and rice for dinner, I'm really proud of myself!!
