What does everypony like to wear when it's cold outside?

For me, shorts and short sleeves. I'll sometimes wear a light jacket if its below 20F or very windy.

For cool weather like 40-60 I like wearing a light hoodie or leather jacket. As for cold weather, I wear a coat over a jacket, the more layer the better.

For weather from the upper 60s to the low 50s, I normally just wear my hoodie or a light jacket. From the mid 40s and down, that's where I break out my winter coat, and when It comes to bitter cold weather, I always wear plenty of layers, at least three, when it's cold. Plus, I always have a stocking cap and warm gloves handy, along with a scarf.

I usually just wear a T-shirt and trackpants in cool weather. If it's very cold, I'll wear a coat or sweater as well.

In the fall, when the weather is in the 50s, I like to wear my Irish walking cape, which has a hood that can be rolled up into a comfy collar. The one I have is red, very comfortable and perfect for almost any occasion. For casual wear I have a pink hoodie and a couple of vests if it isn't too cold; the vests have lots of pockets so I don't have to carry a purse, and the colors go with most of my outfits. When it gets really cold, like 40s and below, I go with a navy blue trenchcoat, which has a removable liner.

Gloves and a nice fleece scarf are essential when it gets really frosty out, no matter what outfit I choose.

I have a very thick jacket who is really warm and cozy. Under the jacket, I usually wear just a T-Shirt (my jacket is warm enough so why I normally don't need a sweater ... I only wear them when it is really cold). I also wear a beanie, a scarf and sometimes gloves. Sometimes, when it is really cold and I have to go outside the house for a longer time, than I also wear a second trouser under my jeans and two pairs of socks.

Since the temperatures can drop very low here and I cycle to work every day, I basically put on my whole wardrope during winter. Whatever that's warm and stops the wind and snow. First sh*t tons of layers, then winter coat and extra pants. Two pair of socks and sturdy boots. Mittens and thick leather gloves. Beanie and if it's really cold also earmuffs on top. Neckscarf/muffler. No matter if I would look like an yeti or eskimo, as long as the outfit does it's job, I wear it.

During winter (anything below 60) I bundle! Long sleeves, sweatshirt, coat and hat!!! 

Anyone ever wear longjohns? I found them to be very helpful when I was living in one of the coldest places...

Can't believe people here are calling 50 F winter weather. That's shorts and tank top conditions around here. 

For when it's actually cold, I put on a sweater and my winter jacket, a scarf and beanie, or my balaclava if I can find it, and a pair of rain suit trousers as budget snow pants.

I wear a wool coat for cold weather and sometimes I'll stack a hoodie with a lighter jacket. I don't mind the cold and I don't usually have to bundle up very much to be comfortable in it.

I agree with this. I just wish they would suffice for extremely cold weather.

Usually my jeans and boots and a long-sleeved flannel (totally not my boyfriend's ). If it's REALLY cold though...jeans, boots, heavy jacket and maybe gloves/mittens.

Extra pants, extra socks. When it goes down to -4 fahrenheit, I have triple everything. It normally doesn't go that low, maybe once in 5 years.
