Cold showers tend to be how I cool off too if I am not using ac!

They were also the only showers I could get in 2011.

I think they meant they use cold showers instead of using ACs

I very much respect this. Self acceptance is a big thing to me, something I try to encourage within others. Problem is I can hardly do that for myself. I can try to encourage others, yet I can't encourage myself. Often feels like I am stuck in a daily loop of little confidence, motivation, that sort of thing. That's how I feel right now. Woke up a bit ago and I simply have zero motivation for anything currently. I'm existing and that's all.
