i was thinking of making music personally (i cant draw) but i am wondering where do you​ stand in the brony community are you in the music part, animation, art, fanfic or are just a normal brony

Normal brony, but am looking to expand more- a lot more, actually.  I have some web development skills so I'm planning on putting together my own fan website.  I'm also contemplating doing some cosplay of some kind and putting together a brony podcast.  Yeah there's a zillion and one MLP podcasts out there, but I'm thinking of finding my own niche by basically making it a primer for people new to the community.

Well, since I started doing sketches, I would say the art department. I don't really have time though to try expanding and see what else I'm good at. So I'm sticking with sketches for now.

Well, I guess I'm technically an artist, but due to the fact I don't really have any incredible innate talent for it and I don't have all that much experience either I don't think I'm that well known for it, and certainly not known for it outside of here.

 

Otherwise I just hang around the forums. And post alot here, This is the only brony related site anyone would know me on though.

Learning to draw and make music. Currently I just do vectors, but I'm getting pretty good at it. Though now that I have a request thread open I'm doing a lot more vectors than I am music.

I'm a fanfic writer, but my stories are currently in review, so they haven't been released yet. I suck at drawing and can't compose music to save my life, so that knocks the other possibilities out. Video-wise, I can't animate, but I do have talent for video editing, so I might do something in the future. It's not likely, but possible...

I'd do music, but I'm not very good with rhymes or music software.

 

I'm gonna be doing a brony podcast. Starting Thursday, every day before the episode premier.

Trying to get into the art scene a little bit, I've vectorised a fair few OC's for people, including a member of the forum. I doubt I will go much further unless I get really good with my tablet very fast.

Other than that I quite like just participating on the forums, it's unlikely people will recognise me for much xD

I have loved writing for a long time, so my plan is to begin writing fanfictions more regularly. I have only written about two so far, one of which was very short, and not really a full fanfiction. That's the only material I plan to produce as of now, but I am also considering taking a year of 3D Art design in 11th grade next school year, so I might get into making art as well. I'm not sure. However, I definitely appreciate music, animation, art, and other fanfictions made by other bronies and pegasisters, even if I don't plan to create some of those types myself.

I'm not a full on "Love and tolerating" Brony. I mostly just like the show. I have a little bit of mlp merchandise, but I wouldn't walk around in an mlp shirt.

I'd be flattering myself if I said I was anything more than a normal Brony at the moment. Pretty much what I do is art, but not really as much or as often as I should. I tried writing fanfics but it's not really my thing. Like many though, I would like to expand my horizons and name a bit in the fandom, though. I'd really like to take my art up a notch. Plus I want to learn Acoustic Guitar (never played any instrument before now) and learn FL Studio.

 

Plus, I'd like to be a bit of a community organizer for Midwestern bronies, and maybe help Chicago get its own convention.

 

I never did art or music before becoming a Brony, so don't expect me to bring anything big to the table anytime soon. Especially while I have a full college ciriculumn to balance.

 

Still, a Pegasus can have dreams, can't he?

 

I have no problem with merc. I'm wearing a Derpy hoodie and Pinkie Pie shirt as we speak. IMO it's no different than any other brand or graphic apparel (sports teams, other franchises, Tap Out, etc).

Before i joined the Forums (Meaning, before i joined the fandom), i was just a regular fan of the show. I wasn't a fan for the Fanart, nor the people that took part of it. I just liked the show, the characters, i found how i relate to them, and so on... Then i started to feel lonely, after i heard of the fandom, thus, i joined the Forums. I really have no part in the fandom. I'm just an admirer, having nothing to invest... I do have my dreams and hopes tho I have my fanons, though i am deeply afraid of spreading them, as i know, people would be skeptical of me for them

My standing in the community--outside of these forums, where I seem to be somewhat recognized--is negligible. I'm mostly an admirer and a thinker, not a doer. I love to write, but so far I've produced almost no MLP fanfics of note, and if I did I wouldn't put them on FIMfiction because I have too many issues with them that I won't go into.

 

I would like to create something special, though. So far the one thing I'm part of is a brony radio show where I review fanfiction. Have to use the radio voice and the Journalism degree for something. xD

At the moment I'm a normal brony, but, I hope to enter, perhaps even this week the ranks of the creative bronies.  I've almost completed the first chapter of my first fan fiction ever, so hopefully I'll get that released at some point this week.  Wish me luck everypony!!!

Normal I suppose, though I have been tempted to get back into the art scene.

 

I used to draw a lot but have not done so for a few years at least, and even then I don't count what was done since it was stuff I had to do for college classes at the time. No freedom on what I could do, just silly still art and such. I just can't get motivated enough to find the free time and actually sit down and come up with something. Third shift tends to do that to ya I suppose. Plus I'm more of a traditional artist and there doesn't seem to be much desire for that nowadays it seems, everyone wants digital and I just can't get into that even with a Wacom. =/

I mostly do digital art (example: I made the banner at the top of the page :3) for MLP stuff, but I've done some music that's not related to MLP. I need to do some MLP-inspired music... I just don't know what, though!

I was considering starting on up here, once I've updated the one on the other site and maybe got permission from the forum person to do an official Hasbro/toys merchandise thread.  

 

I also want to do plushie making of MLP characters , but I'm not really sure how/where to go about setting up a shop.

The toy list would be awesome since the ones I have found online are not very complete or are hard to navigate.

 

As for plushies, I would suggest Etsy. That is where most plush makers are located unless they just run from commissions off their deviantArt or FurAffinity accounts.

I'm actually a normal brony.

I watch the show, look at art, enjoy music, go to this forum, etc.

 

I used to draw a lot, but that was two years ago and I wasn't that good of a drawer. I know if that I wanted to get better, or at least draw as I used to I could. The only problem is my school schedule doesn't allow for such time.

 

I do have many ideas for let's say fan-fics, but I'm not a writer. In fact I don't think I could write a good story.

 

I could try to improve my skills in certain areas, but for now I'll just stay a normal brony.
