While it can be difficult to define, if you see yourself as cool simply because you think so that means you've got high self esteem and that's good. Yet being cool doesn't come from yourself thinking you're cool it comes from others thinking so. If people think you are then well they'll be friendly to you and want to be friends with you as is normal when you see someone who you think is cool and as such given I'm approached all the time by girls and boys alike uwu I would think I am indeed yes.
