This wellness/beauty product line is using pony names for their products

Here's something pretty weird.

I was searching for images of Feather Flatterfly, the panicky pegasus from The Summer Sun Setback who freaks out at the weather patterns being asked of him; I adore this dude, but art of him is really rare.

However, when I put his name on Google, one of the things I got was... this.

This is an insect deterrent put out by a company called The Healthy Chics, and it has the exact same name as him! (And the company's logo has a unicorn motif, too!)
That's a very specific name to just accidentally have a coincidence with. o_O
For such an unimportant character in the show, I don't think Hasbro really has any trademark on the name, but this definitely came off as a weird happenstance.

Now initially, this was all I was going to post about...

 but then I scrolled down, and it just got WAY weirder.

...yeah, this isn't really a coincidence anymore!
 

I was thinking, but I don't think there is really isn't any legal problem going on here. Even though these are taken straight from ponies from the show! And a lot of the words are common enough, and it's not like they're using the names of the very main characters of the show, which WOULD be trademarked.

But I just find it pretty weird!

Even if the names are trademarked, AFAIK, trademarks only apply to a specific product type (that is - trademarks are a form of consumer protection). Since soap is different from a TV show, there is no chance that a customer would be confused between the two.

They could not use the images of the characters because those are copyrighted.

It's so awesome that the company did this. Yes, people can use the names of ponies but, using the images would be illegal.

Using images would be illegal but not names unless it was a specific name in which case it would cause an issue. Still, I find the fact that these names in particular were used to be a coincidence as I doubt the company behind these products are aware of MLP. But if they were, then this would be some kind of appreciation.
