Three prime choices:

1. Celestia.

Pros for me: Powerful magic, powerful position, flawless body, immortality, control of Equestrian government, open access to Mane 6, can troll people and get away with it, with research and practice, may be able to switch bodies back when done being Celestia

Cons for me: Female body, immortality, (double edged sword) need time to get used to body, might ruin government by accident, might cause havoc by accident with a misplaced spell, may need practice to raise/lower sun, sister may find out and attack me/send me back forcefully

Pros for her: Loving family will await her, problem solver; will improve on what she is given and help out whatever way she could to better her situation and everyone else's, access to internet and see her fandom

Cons for her: Separated from family, friends and responsibility, (may think she failed her country because of it) loss of magic; unable to return, male body, unused to human body, others may think that I (her) went insane, mortal

 

2. Luna

Pros for me: Same as Celestia, except less direct control of government, lesser in passive magic, but greater in aggressive magic

Cons for me: Same as Celestia, except less impact on government, expected to be reclusive, nocturnal, (will get annoying) less access to Mane 6, and may take a while to control moon or get back

Pros for her: Same as Celestia, except she will be more direct in achieving power from her position, gaming (Because who doesn't like a gaming Luna?)

Cons for her: Same as Celestia, and may suffer actual mental collapse/depression, may become even more reclusive, end up frustrated and possibly lead to violence

 

3. Lyra (with the fan-made human obsession)

Pros for me: Background character; alternate activity won't be noticed much, (except maybe for Bon Bon) talk of humans will be normal for others to hear, constant access to Mane 6 on an observing level, friendships may take a while, unicorn, so with practice, change back is possible. (But will take longer than say, Celestia)

Cons for me: Female body, normal pony, Bon Bon may become suspicious, Twilight or another of the Mane 6 may become suspicious, may be found out and sent back

Pros for her: Dreams of being human: achieved, dreams of having hands: achieved, dreams of being in human world and wearing human clothes and doing human stuff: achieved, sent to loving family, will make me seem far more extrovertive than normal, will be happy for quite some time, access to internet and brony fandom

Cons for her: Male body, (but she might not even care) others may think that I (she) has gone crazy, peculiar activities arouse suspicion, could get sent back if or when I'm found out

Does it have to be a pony? If not, then I'd swap with Spike the dragon. I'm not much different from him really, since we're both basically bronies(well I am of course, he just happens to love and live with them), plus I could pine over Rarity all day- that'd be the life man, and I can guarantee nopony would suspect a thing. Plus, it'd be funny imagining Spike trying to blow on letters as me back in the real world.
