What are your favorite Pokemon types?

 

My favorites are Water, Fire, Ice, Psychic, Dragon, Electric, and Dark.

Dark, grass, ground and ghost.

 

Dark usually have interesting pokemon. Grass have nice move sets. Ground has thunder immunity. Ghost are just plain awesome.

Out of the mane 3, Fire. I always pick the fire starters.

 

Psychic because I have a thing for those types. Well, I used to, but I think they're still pretty cool.

 

Normal because they can use a huge diverse amount of other attacks. (Delcatty using Thunderbolt = WTF)

 

Dragon because most of their designs are awesome, and they're great defensive-wise because they only have a couple weaknesses, and most every type is weak against it.

Water, Fighting, Dragon, Dark, and Steel- all my teams usually end up with at least one of them(can't stay away from Dragon and Steel in particular, they're just too great). Most of the others are best with dual typing imo.

Psychic and Ghost.

Favorite pokemom of those types are Gallade and Dusknior. Which is odd because I haven't really liked any gen after gen 2 (except the remakes, of course).

I am a sucker for fire, always have been. I use it in every game.

 

But I probably use dragon, water and ice for proper battles. Sorry my little fire-babies, you're terrible at most of the End game champs.

Water, poison, bug, ghost, and steel. They all have some interesting/strange pokes.

Ghost has some awesome Pokes. Gengar, Cofagrigus, Dusknoir, Golurk. Aww yeah.

 

There's also a lot of Bug types I'm fond of, especially the Gen V additions, which is sorta funny since I don't care for real-life bugs all that much.

When you've got defense points like some of the Steel Types, or are a sweeper and a steel type there's just so much potential as to what you can do - that is if Fire and/or ground types don't get to you first.

Grass kicks ass. Grass Pokemon are always WAAAAY underated. Usually the grass starters become tanks once they hit their final evolution. Pretty close behind grass is Steel. Steel is oh so powerful and...metally.

 

You can imagine my love for Ferothorn, the first grass/steel type <3
